+ -1 moreCOMPANY WAS HELPFUL IN PAINT SELECTIONS; DID DAILY CLEANUP OF WORK AREA AND DID A NEAT JOB OF PAINTING TRIM AND ALL WOODWORK. COMPANY TOOK LONGER AND BILLED MORE THAN EXPECTED FOR CARPENTRY REPAIR WORK. OTHERWISE JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL.
Description of Work: COMPANY POWER WASHED WOODWORK AND SIDING; SCRAPED WOODWORK AND CAULKED CRACKS AND HOLES; SPOT PRIMED ALL BARE WOOD; HAND CLEANED GUTTERS AND REMOVED DEBRIS; PAINTED EXTERIOR OF HOUSE AND DID CARPENTRY TO REPAIR ROTTEN WOOD FOUND AROUND DORMER WINDOWS.
