Ferro's is a family owned and operated business. They arrived to do my job 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We walked through the job again prior to their commencing the work. They got right to work and did everything I had requested. In the course of the job the crew checked with me both during and after to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all the debris, which was extensive. Throughout the estimate, call back, setting up the job and completing the work they were professional and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality work done for a reasonable price. They did a great job and were such a pleasure to work with that I added a large tip, to express my pleasure and gratitude. They totally deserved it.

they removed two trees, one close to the house and one dead in the front yard. The one a two foot diameter oak was very near the house and was beginning to lean noticeably toward the garage and pool equipment. Joe came quickly (2 days after being contacted) and his dad worked the tree, it was a true ballet, watching how they took branches down carefully and safely. they had the proper equipment and followed appropriate safety practices. the end result was a very neat job and quickly done, they also took some brush from earlier trimming that we had done and chipped that up as well. They would have done whatever we wished with the wood and we opted to have it chipped. I have already recommended them to three families prior to Submit Report the hurricane. They were very professional, interacted well with us and were totally responsive with what we needed done. Their suggestions and advice were impeccable.

The job went perfectly-- from start to finish. Mr. Ferro responded promptly to questions about the estimate. The four man crew arrived at 7A.M. as promised, was professional, observed safety precautions, and worked together very efficiently. The work took a 9 hour day plus a couple of hours the next day. The stumps of the large trees were ground to the soil as specified. All of the other debris was removed. They also cut the larger logs to wood stove length. Mr. Ferro also advised which trees we should just have trimmed or keep. The company has recently completed several other jobs in our neighborhood. We were very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend this company.

They came when they said they would, did what we wanted done quickly and efficiently, taking care to not damage the building or flower beds.
