Adrian was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend this individual and his company to any one needing repair or replacement of a garbage disposal, refrigerator or any other appliance that this company services.

Mr. Adrian Loughlin answered his cell phone to take our call. He said that he was working on a job, had another to follow and one set up for 5 PM, but that he could see us between 3 PM and 4 PM. We thought we needed both elements replaced in our hot water heater, as well as advice about our washer and our dryer. Mr. Loughlin, a delightful gentleman, arrived about 3:30 PM. He replaced one element in the water heater and showed us that we need not replace the other, and that would save us $100. He showed us that the washer was OK for all the ways we use it, though a cycle that we never use was not functioning properly. He advised us that he could fix the dryer for about $385, but that, were it his dryer, he would just buy a replacement. Note that he does not sell dryers. All told, Mr. Loughlin advised against us paying him $385 to fix the dryer and against paying him $100 to replace the second element in the water heater. We will buy a new dryer as he advised. The washer will be fine for us. The water heater is working just as it should. I'll call Adrian Loughlin again whenever I need large or small appliance help. I recommend that you do the same. You will be pleased. He is absolutely first rate.

He came the same day I called and had the parts with him (based on the model number I gave when I made the appointment). He got the job done quickly and was very polite. This was the easiest repair experience I've ever had!

I found Factor Appliance on Angie's List, called Adrian in the morning and he gave me a service window of 2:00-4:00pm that day. He showed at 2:00, repaired the dishwasher and told us what part would be necessary if it were to break again. Adrian was knowledgable, prompt, courteous and honest. I will call Factor Appliance for any future appliance repair.

I called Factor Appliance based on recommendations I read on Angie's List. The owner was very friendly and helpful, asking me to describe the problems that I was experiencing with my LG refrigerator. After a short discussion, he advised me that a service bulletin had been issued by LG for this problem with the circuit board and explained that I could have the repair made without charge by LG.

Adrian responded immediately to my phone call. He was the first of three repair people I called from Angie's list and he responded right away, and was able to come out the day of my call. He was professional, and walked me through all of the various repairs to keep me informed. He was meticulous in that he did not want to leave the house until the problem was solved which was very reassuring. He left the house and gave me a free business magnet. Adrian even made a follow up phone call a few days later to make sure the ice maker was still in working order. Not many people I know do that! Thanks Adrian, and I will be calling Factor Appliance first from now on.

2 of 4 oven burners weren't working. Without doing a complete diagnostic another company wanted to charge $700 to replace the burners. Factor did a complete assessment and realized that it was the switches that were broken, not the burners. They were able to order the part and fix it for around $320 altogether.

It was very stressful trying to find anyone available to come to repair the fridge the day after Thanksgiving. Adrian not only called us back on Thanksgiving evening but he came the next morning to replace the broken fan. He was on time and very knowledgeable about appliances. We will definitely call Factor Applicance for future needs.

He did a very good job. I thought he was very helpful and a very good communicator. He gave us good advice. His communication skills were excellent. We were very satisfied.

The service turned out great. His fee just to look at the washer was much less. I appreciated that he did not waste my time or money by quickly telling me the first washer needed to be replaced. He did still give me an estimate on the repair, even though he knew I probably was not going to have the work done, which he got to me within about 3.5 hours which I really appreciated because I wanted to make sure a new washer was justified.

He then did a great job on the second repair. The repair was a part that he carried on his truck and he was done in 15 minutes. Calls go directly to him which is important because I needed to get a hold of him quickly. I plan in using him in the future.

My washer had been making loud banging noises, and the water didn't drain. I called Factor Appliance on Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Adrian arrived on time, and quickly assessed the problem. He advised that the spider arm assembly was cracked in my washer, and that the cost of repair was almost as much as purchasing a new washer. He showed me on the internet examples of this problem, and gave me some good advice on purchasing a new washer. I was disappointed, of course, that it couldn't be fixed, but I was pleased with Adrian's professionalism and helpful suggestions. Should I need future appliance repairs, I will be contacting Factor Appliance.

Our dryer had stopped drying clothes, and we figured the vent needed cleaning, but we weren't sure. I called Factor Appliance on a Saturday morning and left a message. Adrian called me back within the hour, and he was able to come that same morning! He warned us ahead of time that if the vent was the problem, and if it was more than 10 feet long, we'd actually need to have a duct cleaning service come instead. He came and looked at our dryer for us anyway, confirmed that the vent was the problem, and didn't charge us anything for the visit. He was very professional and friendly. We will definitely call him the next time we need an appliance repair!

Adrian made two visits to my home. I would estimate that the first visit lasted 30 minutes and the second visit was probably close to two hours. With my Angies List discount, the total charge was $85.50, a very, very reasonable cost. I can honestly say that I have never been more pleased with a service call in my 76 years on earth. Adrian took his time and explained exactly what he was doing and finding. He answered all my questions very openly and honestly. We all want honesty when paying for service and there is no question regarding Adrian's integrity.

Our Miele dishwasher, only a few years old, suddenly stopped working. Being somewhat handy, I explored all the internet troubleshooting I could find, and determined I could not diagnose the failure without proper equipment. During my 'net search I came up with Adrian at Factor Appliance. Adrian came out, and after a bit was able to determine it was a faulty integral valve in the water line. He priced the part for me, and told me he would discount the parts and labor by the service call charge (I believe $50.00). The price of the part with installation was more than the cost of a new GE or Kenmore D/W (the result of Miele's exorbitant part prices). He suggested since the installation of the hose was fairly straightforward he thought I could do it myself. He told me which part to order and to call him if I ran into trouble. We ordered the part from Miele, I installed it (just like he instructed), and everything works fine. We got to keep our D/W and he saved us some money as well. We will definitely call him for the next repair!

We found Factor appliance to be very responsive and professional. They promptly returned phone calls and equally promptly addressed our problem. We would not hesitate to call them again for any other breakdowns.

They did a great job and the mechanic was wonderful. He asked me all the questions that needed to be asked. He gave me a price and fixed the refrigerator immediately.

Mr. Louglin exceeded our expectations. He was available when we needed him, on an early Saturday morning, and he arrived punctually. He is extremely professional and thorough. He took apart our washer and took a great deal of his time to trouble-shoot the problem. After about an hour, he identified the problem - a tiny electrical component had come loose, which he fixed. Our washer works again. We would call him again in a heartbeat, he is excellent. He provided us with a discount through Angie's List.

Our 2nd refrigerator stopped cooling and we called around asking availability of technicians. The refrigerator is in a tight spot requiring near acrobatics to get any serviceable areas. We told this to some repair organizations and the declined to come out, we told Factor, and they said no problem The arrived on time, were able to accurately diagnose the problem. The were able to order a part for this very old refrigerator, returned when promised, replaced the dead part and charged us less than the estimate. Factor will be our go-to place for all future appliance repairs.

Adrian was very professional, punctual and thorough. The appointment was for 8:00 am and that was when he arrived. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, had the correct replacement part on hand and completed the repair to my dishwasher quickly. He even corrected the drain hose placement for no extra charge. I highly recommend Factor Appliance and will call them again the next time I need an appliance repaired.
