After hearing my description and checking all the functions of the dishwasher, Adrian first recommended things that I could do on my own to improve the cleaning process. He then removed the dishwasher door for a better look. Found that the insulation and seal on the door had been compromised. Water was leaking from the dishwasher into the door. Both the seal and the insulation were disintegrating into the wash cycle. He was very thorough and provided solid advice. He could have simply done more work on the door and seal, providing a temporary solution, making for a bigger bill, but he didn't. He was honest and told me it would be more economical and practical for me to get a new dishwasher. My husband does most of the repairs in our house; I rarely have to call in a repairman. But if I do need someone in the future, I would definitely call Factor Appliance. Recommend him highly.

What's there to say? Prompt service, machine was fixed, and reasonable prices. I would use him again.

Adrian was punctual and show up right at appointment time. He performed diagnosis on a gas cook top for ignition issues. Ordered the ignition module and came back about a week later to install the module. On the second appointment, he installed the module which fixed some of the ignition issues. However, he found additional issues requiring more part replacement. I decided against doing further repair due to the part cost and asked Adrian to put everything back. Adrian did it quickly and to speedup the process left the replacement part in. Despite spending three hours working on it and put in a new ignition module, he only charged me for the first diagnosis visit. I'm impressed by his professionalism, honest and hard work. Despite not being able to get my cook top fully fixed, I would still recommend him for future large appliance repair work.

I can't say enough good things about Factor and Adrian Lough. My freezer had been warming 1-2 degrees every day. After calling the manufacturer who wasn't able to make an appointment for 10 days, I called Factor and left a message. Adrian returned my call within 15 minutes and was able to come the next day to assess my freezer. Unfortunately, he did not have the necessary part so he was unable to repair it that day. He notified me as he was ordering and picking up the part and scheduled me 1st thing next business day. He was punctual arriving and came prepared -he brought floor covering to protect my floor. After replacing the coil, the freezer cooled immediately. To top it off - he called the next evening to make sure everything was still working!

I called and spoke with Adrian and set the appointment for Thursday 9 am. Adrian arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of 225.00 dollars but with the Angie's coupon the final cost was $200.00. It took about 40 minutes to fix my 9 year old Maytag washing machine, and its running like its brand new. Excellent service, price and all around great company. I will use this company again anytime something else goes wrong with one of my appliances. Trust and old retired demanding football coach this company and technician is A+ and a good sound team. Much to our dismay, our 4-yr-old washing machine was not draining / spinning properly. I left a message with Factor Appliance and Adrian returned the call a short time later. I described the problem and with him on the phone, did some things at his instruction at the washer. He said the motor might need to be replaced, costing ~$300, and suggested we consider looking at new machines since we could likely purchase one for $450 to $500. We did some research and looked at some washers and ultimately decided to have it repaired since it and the dryer were only 4 years old. I called Adrian to schedule the appointment. When he arrived and removed the front panel, he immediately noticed the washer was no longer balanced, which can cause the computer to override and shut down the spin cycle. He leveled the washer, tested it, and the problem was solved. I have used it several times since without any recurrence of the problem. Adrian was responsive, customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and professional. Should we have future appliance problems we plan to call him. We would highly recommend him to others.

Adrian Loughlin is an ailing appliance's best friend. After calling several other appliance repair companies, all of whom told me our freezer was doomed or would cost a huge fortune to fix, Adrian laid out the various possibilities over the phone, then showed up - on time - to accurately diagnose the problem - leaking coolant from a busted pipe. He then returned with the appropriate part - on time - and charged us less than he had originally quoted for installing it. The job took a while but he was painstaking in explaining the hows and whys. The part wasn't cheap but it was considerably less then buying a new freezer. This is a very clever, courteous and professional gentleman who really knows how to build up a loyal client base. All those other reviews are right:-) Call Adrian.

I ultimately decided to purchase a new dryer, but will use Factor Appliance for repairs in the future.

Adrian arrived when promised; gracious and friendly. Spent time explaining that fridge noises are a manufacturer's design issue for the period when machine was manufactured [issue of coolant type and pipe diameters], and that no repair is necessary. For dishwasher Adrian ran machine through entire cycle, and examined closely what is probably out-of-code plumbing when building was constructed. Exhaustively explained that "grinding" sound is machine straining to discharge water when any water in sink or disposal area is blocking discharge flow [a function of washer's plumbing being above, instead of below, disposal's plumbing]. Adrian took apart trap to ensure there was no food blockage. As with fridge checking, Adrian took extensive time to explain why no repairs are necessary and discussed steps with sink and disposal usage that I could take when using the washer, steps that would reduce strain on washer motor. Again, he explained why no repairs are necessary. He replaced washer hoses.

I will definitely use this company for my appliance repair needs. Adrian was very professional and honest in his assessment, even though he knew I was not going to use his company for the repair.

teWe called yesterday and we given an appointment for today. Adrian arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. The icemaker was frozen and clogged with ice. He took the icemaker apart and removed all of the built up ice, reinstalled the icemaker and tested it to be sure it was working. He also adjusted the freezer door to make sure it sealed completely. He was very pleasant and professional. Work was completed in about 45 minutes. I will definitely use him again for any other appliance repairs.

Adrian was on time, courteous, quick to diagnose the problem, and is now my collies' new best friend. In addition to the reason for the service call (Ice Maker) he took the time to take care of a problem with the ice crusher/dispenser - No extra charge. I had reviews about Factor Appliance and called. We used this for my mother, who is older and lives by herself. I live in a different town and spoke with Adrian, told him the situation and problems she was having. He called her to set up an appointment. He was on time, gracious and very knowledgable. Bottom line - we needed to get a new dishwasher. The replacement parts were too costly. I would recommend him again!!

We had discussed the issue on the phone, and when he got started it was one of the conditions he had described on the phone. He got right to work fixing the problem. He showed me why the problem was occurring and how to avoid the issue in the future. Throughout the repair he answered my questions and gave additional information about the operation of my refrigerator/freezer. Adrian checked other potential areas of concern while he had the freezer compartment open. Overall a very positive experience.

Again, he was incredibly professional and helpful, especially for someone who knew he was sending work elsewhere as a result. If I need any out of warranty appliance repairs, he's definitely the first person I'm going to call.
