Adrian responded to a semi-emergency during a holiday weekend and quickly got our washing machine up and running with spare parts he brought with him for a reasonable price. He also advised us that a noise associated with our dryer did not need repair. It was refreshing to find a repairman you can truly trust.

Factor technician Adrian, had excellent communications skills. He responded immediately to my request for help, told me when he would be at my house, arrived when he said he would, was courteous, professional, and clean, repaired one appliance and informed me that another appliance would better replaced. It was the best service I've ever had and well worth it.

Adrian completed the work very quickly and showed up at the time specified. I would definitely request his service again if I ever need repair work again.

Adrian from Factor Appliance repaired a gas oven in my Rockville rental condo. My end of the transaction was handled by phone: he accurately diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate before the service appointment was scheduled; he arrived on time and completed the repair to the satisfaction of my tenants.

Answered my call even on Sunday and came by on the stormy Sandy Monday to fix my garbage disposal and went ahead and fixed my dishwasher as well. He even showed us how to fix this problem ourself next time. Very professional attitude. Will definitely recommend!
