Technician was very helpful and honest about the work he needed to do and the things he noticed that would need work in the future. Unfortunately, it was quite expensive, but it was more than I could accomplish myself.

Wonderful. Joe, Nelson, and the entire team did a great job. Polite, friendly, and efficient. Cost-effective too. We will definitely consider using them again for the inevitable kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

Technician, Jimmy Bevens, was great; Customer Relations dept were non-responsive and the salesman acted and sounded like a used-car salesman on a lemon lot. Hard pressed to use F H Furr in the future.

Called F H Furr because of all of the good reviews. The Electrician did show up on time. He proceeded to do the troubleshooting work and couldn't find what was wrong. Finally, his suggestion was to rewire the entire room to a working outlet to get power back into the room and it would be $550 - $750 (on top of the $137 Evaluation fee). He seemed knowledgeable, but I wanted a second opinion because it seemed pretty extensive for no real reason, other than, "I dont know why there isnt power". I ended up calling another electrician and he suggested i look at the GFCIs in the bathroom. I originally checked the Breaker and GFCI in the Kitchen, but not the bath room. Lo and behold power came back on. I would have been OK to pay the evaluation fee if they found my GFCI problem, because i assume that is what Electricians are training to do. I reached out to the Electrician and the Sales person to see what they could do and there have been no responses to my emails or Phone calls. Beware of being scammed and upsold when you use them (They offered to replace my smoke detectors for $2800)

The price was part of my check up I got. I just like that they seemed to want to talk me into having my air conditioning cleaned and it only been out there like 6 months. My interaction with them was fine. I told them no and so be it. The work turned out fine. They were fine.

Wonderful experience. They were willing to give us discounts and they were not going for the highest unit possible and they could. They went with what fit our needs and budget. They have a wonderful staff. Everything was good overall.

It was pricy, but it was good service. Well, that's hard to say because it's all expensive, as oppose to any other air conditioning company, it's about the same, just too much money in general.

In July of 2016 I purchased a Lennox AC and Heating system from FH FURR because I saw that Costco had them displayed at a kiosk in their store. Usually when we think of quality we think of Costco in most cases. So their reputation means alot. I received the excellent service and even forgave them for messing up my thermostat and not giving me the wifi enabled one like I had initially asked for. They never fixed the issue to my satisfaction after multiple attempts through email and phone with my sales Rep. I am writing this review because when I purchased this system I didn't have time to do the research I usually did and when your AC is out in the heat of the summer with 100 degree weather you kind of just want to get the issue fixed ASAP. I trusted Costco to have my back, and realized they completely went off the mark on this one and trust me I will be letting them know. After a spending a year watching neighbors and friends get the EXACT SAME AC AND HEATING systems for HALF ...YES you read this right ...HALF of what I paid, I decided it was time for me to write this review and share it with everyone so that you won't have what happened to me happened to you. I paid almost $14K for my system. The average A/C and Heating system with labor shouldn't cost AT MOST over $4K, maybe $6K the most. NOT $14K. Don't let this type of price gouging and highway robbery happen to you. Do your research and find a qualified competitor who will treat you right and not want to steal your hard earned money. This is how FH FURR does business.

Great! I have used Furr Plumbing many times so I was not surprised that they quickly located and fixed the problem however I was surprised when I received a NO CHARGE INVOICE! Thank you Furr Plumbing!

Good. Work was done quickly and effectively. They showed up on time and were done in an hour. Only issue is they are expensive.
