This was my first time hiring movers and I had lots of questions and concerns. I spoke to Autum in the office and she was very patient and understanding. She answered all of my questions and there were plenty. This was for a move from Maryland to Richmond, VA. The movers were professional, courteous and efficient. They showed up on time and they moved quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed! The entire experience was amazing and I will definitely use this company again. Thank you so much for a job well done!

The team themselves worked quickly to move items from one house to the other. When they got to our new house, I had to ask the movers multiple times to please lay runners and plastic down before coming into the house as we had paid $1000 to clean our carpets a few days prior. The main mover continued to have the others go in and out of the house BEFORE laying the items down, until I finally asked them to stop. Understand things may break during a move, but other items I was disappointed in: they wrote in permanent marker on one of my storage bags I use for clothes to indicate which room it went into... and the poor quality tape they used was wrapped around my large kitchen OXO trash can and unable to be removed even after using goo gone. Also, they are to put all furniture back together that they had to take down for the move, and when I looked under our master bed, there was tape wrapped around one of the beams underneath still, and a 3 inch screw sitting on the carpet. My husband had to take apart the entire bed to find the placement for the screw, and then put back together (glad I paid all that money for the service we had to do ourselves). When I called the manager to tell him these items (since I emailed and got no response), he was HIGHLY argumentative. Additionally, his team never sent me the final quote with their insurance policy, etc. He argued with me that I should stay on top of my email... as a manager, I could not believe how he talked to his customer, and on that alone would never do business and give them my money again.

Do not hire these crooks. They stole a $160 bottle of unopened Chanel cologne from me. They removed the bottle from the unopened package, then put the empty package back into the storage container. The one mover made several comments about my colognes, and even mentioned how good one of them smelled. Then, when I found the empty box a few days later while unpacking, I was told the movers do not go through our stuff. Clearly he did since he mentioned how nice one of them smelled. For compensation I was offered $20 from Eli, or was told I could call the police. Worst customer service experience I may have ever had. I even tipped the movers over $150. I had a friend who was about to use them, but because of my bad experience is using another company. Glad I caught it in time before they had their items stolen as well.

Excalibur has moved me twice, I will be booking a third job with them shortly. Eli and staff took the time to explain all aspects of booking and handling my furnishings, Eduardo was very careful with all of my belongings. Would recommend 100% to anyone moving short or long distance.

Our entire moving experience with Excaliber was exceptional. From the initial contact to the pricing walkthrough, to getting initial packing materials to the day if the move. Just exceptional. The staff, their process and the reasonable nature of their pricing!

I was very happy with the Excalibur team from beginning to end. Although it was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, it was well worth it given the professionalism and care taken by the crew in every facet of this move. Itai was outstanding as overall manager of the job and rolled up his sleeves to help moving crews when needed. Eduardo and his guys were super responsible and efficient in the heavy lifting part of the job. I could not be more pleased with them all. All phone calls and e-mails answered in a timely way. I highly recommend them.

Incredible!! This company is top rate. I've moved at least 15 times over the last two decades, and this company is the best I have come across. Very professional. My entire household went into storage. I could not have been happier. An art collection had to be safely wrapped so not to be damaged in storage and then when it was moved out, and they did an excellent job. Punctual, organized, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and the work was well done. I hired them again 4 months later to move from storage to new residence. Same experience! What I appreciated most (in addition to the above) is they did not talk a lot to each other or to me. The focus was on the job. Friendly, but not overly so. No breaks and no joking around on my time. The crew I had was mature and professional! Moving is one of the top three stress inducing experiences, and this company eliminated the stress!! I am about to use them for a third time!!

Awesome. The staff were fantastic and the move was as painless as is humanly possible with a move. From the receipt of the boxes, tape and paper to the delivery and unpacking of the last box, we had what was needed, when we needed it and all without a hitch.

Excalibur Moving & Storage made everything painless for our move day. After going through the house buying process it was a pleasure to not have to worry about the moving day once it finally arrived. Excalibur Moving & Storage offered the best price and a knowledgeable staff that took great care in moving out belongings. I would definitely recommend them and definitely use them again in the future.

It went well. They did the job promptly and did the work efficiently. They tried to inch up the price but they came back down after "calling their supervisor." They could have marked the boxes better. They opened a door I told them not to and let my cat out. I lost over an hour looking for him in the neighborhood.

On time, very professional, and completed everything well within the allotted time. They took very good care of both our furniture and the house....especially on the return trip with new floors and painted walls. Highly recommend.

Overall service was good. Nickle and diming with pricing (paid extra surcharge for fuel and tip of 10% was tied to the overall final $ value of move. otherwise very professional

From the second Edwin and his crew arrived they made our move smooth. They anticipated what was needed and helped and advised along the way. They were fast and efficient and by far the most polite group of movers I have ever met! I can't say enough how great of a job they did. I will gladly recommend them to anyone in need of movers. One final thank you to Edwin and his crew- you all were amazing and we couldn't have gotten through things so easily without you.

Best experience I've ever had working with a company. Actually it was the first time I've ever used a moving company. I always thought it would be to expensive but I was wrong. They only charged me what I was quoted. The guys were fast, knew what they were doing and very respectful of both myself and my belongings. Next time I move I will be calling Excalibur Moving and Storage. Thank you for a wonderful moving experience.

They came the next day. Everything was carefully packaged and all items arrived in Georgia without damage.

They did a great job. The crew was very professional and the office staff was helpful. The estimator gave us a flat rate for a full packing service. I was very pleased with the service that Excalibur provided.

Great experience! I contacted the company and was able to get last minute movers for the next day. Prior to the move, we spoke on the phone and I was provided with a very detailed explanation of all my options and the various costs for each. The gentleman was very clear about exactly what I would pay. I have worked with other moving companies in the past and ended up paying much more than the price I was originally quoted, but this was not the case here. I had done extensive research and the prices with Excalibur Moving & Storage were considerably less than other companies in the area. The movers arrived on time and we very professional and courteous. I was also impressed by how quickly and efficiently they we able to get everything completed; it took much less time than I expected! Overall I'm very pleased with every aspect of my experience and I would highly recommend Excalibur Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a quality and affordable moving company.

Itai was incredibly thorough in his assessment of the situation and advised that a crane would be required to move the fridges up to and down from the second floor deck. He organized the crane to come to my house so I didn't have to try an coordinate several people. He and his crew showed up right on time and did a great job packaging up the new refrigerator so it wouldn't get damaged and took great care in making sure there would be no damage to my house. They were quick doing the work, and the longest part of the job was waiting for the crane, which had been held up in traffic, to arrive. The owner of the Excalibur Moving & Storage also was onsite for the majority if the job and jumped in to help. Overall, it was a great experience. I was impressed with the care they showed me and my home. And I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
