I purchased an electric door bell because the batter operated one did not work consistently - so I wanted the electric bell installed which Eugene Electric DID NOT DO. He re-intalled the battery operated door bell when I complaint he said he'd come back. The back door light (which comes on after dark) needed to be replaced. Eugene went to Home Depot purchased a new light - which was installed and seems to be working. Eugene presented me with a bill for $250.00 - there was not brake down of charges. I asked the cost of the home depot light and was told the cost was $60.00. After the check was written I requested the receipt from Home Depot it showed a cost of $37.07 - he then quickly left without providing a receipt for payment. I called him and requested the receipt he told me he would bring it next time.
Description of Work: Eugene Electric installed the wrong door bell. I wanted to replace the battery operated door bell with an electric one. Eugene did not do what I requested but what he wanted and what was easy - he reinstalled the battery operated door bell and when I complained he said he'd come back later and replace the door bell. He also replaced an outdoor motion light which was purchased from Home Depot.

Description of Work: We were experiencing brownouts and service failures with our electric, sometimes only in part of the house. Eugene came out promptly when contacted and immediately diagnosed the problem as a phase failure in the Pepco line.

Eugene is fantastic. Cheap and quick. I use him for all electric and would recommend again and again.
Description of Work: Hung chandelier in main hall, dining room and kitchen. Two lights in hall upstairs and fan in bedroom. Also installed new outlets.
