Jeff came by on his way home from work, and he returned within 2 days to treat the area, as well as treat for ants and stink bugs at the same time as part of their standard service. Great service, great responsiveness. Exceeded all my expectations.

Jeff is very professional, personable and treated our home as if it were his own. He is also very conscientious, and listened ot us rather than tell us what we wanted. We are very happy with his service!

We were ant-free within a few days and the house remained pest-free. We bought the package which included periodic maintenance. We recently started to see ants, what with all the high heat and rain. Jeff came out quickly and once again, took care of the problem. Jeff is reliable, courteous and professional. He is very sensitive to the fact that we have pets, and treats accordingly. I recently recommended him to a neighbor, who had the same satisfactory results. I highly recommend Jeff and Envirotreat!

Yesterday morning I arrived at my business to discover an infestation of millipedes, most likely drawn in by the air conditioning and hot weather outside. I called 4 other pest control companies who basically laughed when asked if they could come out the same day. The soonest anyone would be able to come was Saturday. Based on his Angie's List reviews, I called Jeff Belmont, who came out to assess my situation within a few hours of my call. He returned yesterday evening (which was necessary since we couldn't spray until my business closed for the day) and treated my facility. Jeff was wonderful - not only did he change his schedule around to accommodate me yesterday, but he carefully explained everything they did, what we could expect, arranged a follow-up treatment and was professional and nice. As an extra benefit, the millipede treatment used is safe for use around animals (my business is a dog daycare) and didn't stink at all. I don't have any concerns about having my clients' dogs back in my facility today since Jeff told me exactly what chemicals were used. I looked them up and they're botanical insecticides. There is no doubt - Jeff Belmont and Envirotreat will be my pest control go-to guy from now on, at work and at home.

We found Envirotreat through Angie's List. I was interested in them because of their 'green' practices (although I remain skeptical of how 'green' an exterminator can be - but I figure it can't hurt). I was pleased to learn from him that he has also worked with the Silver Spring food co-op for several years, plus he offered an Angie's List coupon. He has visited our home three times thus far. The first and second visits were his suggestion to lay down the initial bait/poison. The ants cleared up almost immediately, we are still tackling the centipedes. Envirotreat has been very responsive in terms of return visits to handle the problem and I think the issue is starting to diminish.

We had a very good experience with them. They were prompt. They worked well with us to come up with times that they could come out to do the treatments. It was effective.

I give them an A rating and I think I will use them again. So far so good unless something goes sour.

I called him to inquire about bed bug treatment. We spoke for a few minutes and I was inclined to hire him, he said he had to take another call and would call me back. I didn't hear from him, left him a message, and never heard back from him. Enough said.

He pulled 4" of dirt from around the house to treat the outside of the house. He did a very in depth treatment, and spent four hours here. I have noticed a difference since he was here. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to someone else. The price was reasonable.

As a card carrying member of the "I can't bare to harm or kill anything" club, finding mice in our home was tough. We ignored it for two weeks, hoping with the warmer weather would solve the problem, but it was quickly getting worse. I had taken a half day to come meet Jeff, the owner, at our home. He was late due to breaking his toe (ow!) but he called and I really appreciated his follow through and his willingness to still meet me. He went through our home very thoroughly and noted areas where mice might be getting in, and how to solve it. He returned a few days later to patch up holes and set traps. Two weeks later Jeff returned to check more areas and check the traps. It's been a great experience (as much as killing mice can be a "good" experience for a animal-loving couple!) and will always keep Jeff and Envirotreat in mind.

Every year I get invaded by ants. I've had a pest control contract with another company but was never satisfied. The other company would make me have separate contracts for regular ants, carpenter ants and then yet another for all other indoor bugs. It was very expensive and they would only be able to treat the outside of my house because the chemicals they used were toxic for my cats. Envirotreat's owner Jeff, came out to personally take a look at my home, which is unique in that I don't have a yard and I am attached to other houses on 3 sides. I had concerns with the product he would use and the application, because I have indoor cats and bird feeders on my deck. He took time with me to answer my questions and address my concerns thoroughly. Just for added protection, Jeff insisted that cats and kids be in a separate location or room until he completed treatment and the application was dry. Also the product he used did not have any odor and after it was dry it was non-toxic to my cats (and me!). Jeff also followed up a couple weeks after treatment to make sure I was satisfied and had no more ants. Jeff guaranteed his work and said he would come back and reapply treatment (at no additional cost) until the bugs were gone. Now I have one contract with Envirotreat that covers not only the ants but a long list of other pests and for a lot less money than I had been paying. . He did a great job!! It only took ONE application and the ants were gone - no more bugs in my house!

I called Jeff the owner and he asked me some questions. I emailed him the pictures I had taken. He was pretty sure they were Carpenter Ants. He made appointment the next few days and came to the house. He walked all around the outside and inside explaining and showing me the evidence . We discussed the treatment which required the initial visit,. which was using the non toxic treatment outside and inside the house. Check up in 3 months which continue throughout the year. I was told to call him back if I saw any evidence past 7 days. He called me about 2 weeks later to schedule another appointment to check the house to make sure the first treatment was working. He was very professional and I have confidence that he know what he is doing.

We have use their service for about a year (they have been out 4 times) and we are very happy with their professionalism and effectiveness. They come when they say and they do their job in an efficient and effective manner. They are great and I recommend them highly.

He was very professional and courteous and pleasant to work with. He responded quickly and performed the service quickly and at a reasonable price. However, it did not solve our rodent problem. We spotted mice again a few days after his follow-up visit.

Mice and ants seem to be exterminated.

My entire experience with Envirotreat was positive. Their customer service and work in general was exceptional!

Jeff was prompt in all communications with us. We scheduled him to deal with an outbreak of cave (aka camelback) crickets in our basement. He sprayed the outside of our house and put down food and fresh glue traps inside our house. We had been using glue traps ourselves, but they were filling up quickly without seeing any improvement in the situation. Jeff's solution seems to have done the trick, as we don't see them at all now, two weeks later. He did mention that it's quite likely that we'll need to repeat this periodically. While spraying under our deck, Jeff noticed that we had extensive termite damage to wood lying under our deck. This damage extended to under-deck window frames. We also had termite damage around a wooden shed. Jeff and a helper drilled holes all around the property and put down a compound to keep the termites away. Jeff was very knowledgeable, conscientious, punctual and responsible. I would definitely use him again and thank Angie's List for steering us to him.

Envirotreat took over service contract for a company I was having difficulty reaching. Jeff did a complete inspection of my property and did a preventative treatment. He was very professional and informative. He also pointed out area of mold in my laundry room and offered to return to treat. Very happy to have signed on with him.

Overall we were pleased with his work performance, professionalism and responsiveness. We'd definitely use him again.

Jeff provided excellent service. We called him on Saturday afternoon after we discovered the nest when trying to dispose of the old grill and he agreed to come out on Sunday evening. He explained all the steps he was taking to kill the nest and the remaining bees and then agreed to treat our kitchen and deck for ants as a spur of the moment request and at no extra cost. We will definitely use Envirotreat again.

Jeff was extremely prompt, professional, and friendly. I called him, and in 30 min. he was at our home. He presented my options for snake treatment, and took care of the problem right away. I will use him for all my extermination needs -- I trust him around our home, I am impressed with the quality of his work, and the professionalism of his family-run-business no nonsense demeanor.

The owner has baited our attic for rodents and set traps outside the house. We've had no sightings or "hearings" of any rodents since the first visit. The owner has also treated the outside of the house and the inside of our kitchen for ants. We did have an ant invasion of the kitchen trash a couple weeks after the first treatment, and the owner was very responsive at doing a second treatment for ants in our kitchen. I'm pleased that the treatment this company uses is safe for both my children and my pets and will happily recommend them to all my friends.

Envirotreat responded rapidly (same day) to my request to come over and they were punctual and courteous. However, the measures taken (setting glue traps, plugging holes in walls with copper meshing) were pretty standard measures. No attempt was made to identify the point of entry of the mice into the building. The price was fair for the services performed but in the future, I would go with a more established company such as Orkin (who I did use subsequently and they did a terrific job).

We are very pleased with the service we have recieved. We know we don't have to worry about pests for the next year, and love the interraction we've had with Jeff. He is a very professional and courteous person, and we have enjoyed our interractions with him during our visits. We haven't seen any other pests inside our outside of the house since his visits, and would happily recommend him to anyone else.
