Description of Work: My wife called the company and had a very nice talk with the owner. They agreed on a day and time for an appointment and the no one ever showed up. We called the company, left a message and got no response. My wife suspected that he wasn't interested in us because she didn't want to buy a contract. Whatever the reason, he could have let us know he wasn't interested in our business.

Description of Work: We are very happy with the work that Jeff has done. He is very professional, punctual, and responsive. We signed a yearly contract for quarterly visits. However, if there is any problems such as ants/wasps, I just call him and he schedules to take care of them within a few days.

Description of Work: We live in a new construction development and I came home to field mice in my trash can and pantry one day. I emailed Jeff that evening and he immediately emailed back to say he'd call first thing in the morning. He did and we scheduled a time for him to come out that day. He assessed the problem and gave us an estimate for holes to be plugged in our garage as well as for an annual contract. He was very professional and courteous and he has come back a few times since then to check traps and bait stations. Our fingers are crossed that we won't have any more mice, but at least we know Jeff will be able to help us if we do.

The service representative said the hornets nest was the largest that he had ever seen! His response was timely, professional, thorough, and priced right.
