Hi! I claimed their deal from Angie's List. They arrived on time and set to work. I was very happy with how the place looked when they were done!!!

There was some juggling of the schedules due to unforeseen events, but once they arrived, they went right to work. I had to leave the house for a previously scheduled obligation and when I walked in upon my return, the house NEVER looked and smelled as good as it did that day. I was thoroughly pleased with the level of the cleaning. The showings went very well and feedback was positive on the cleanliness of the house.

After they left, I noticed a couple things i would have like improved, but overall they did a great job.

They were SO wonderful! We are definitely going to use them again...possibly once a month. They were thorough, respectful of our property & possessions, and very personable. Our house sparkled when they got done. What a great team!

Arrived 24 hours early, but we were able to accommodate, this after several emails by them to set an appointment. Mediocre work, pleasant staff, not the detailed cleaning I was hoping for, in and out with two people within 2 1/2 hours.

We've had a lot of work done recently at our house that made a big mess. We've had Elizabeth and her crew over a few times to clean the house really well, and they've done a fantastic job. We thought they did such a good job that we've scheduled to have them back on a regular basis

Did a great job and was very thorough. Only minor complaint was a change in timing for appointment, which was due to our deep cleaning (as opposed to periodic/regular cleaning) which they tend to schedule in afternoons

Excellent. Elizabeth and her team member came in and worked through all the areas I needed cleaned. They even showed me the correct products to use for my floors and appliances. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and I would most definitely hire again.

Elizabeth and team did a very good job cleaning. Elizabeth first came for an initial estimate and then brought her team back on day of cleaning. Was thorough and had attention to detail. However, make sure you do not have a tight timeline- she was very late (about an hour and half) both to initial estimate and to the cleaning.

Arrived right on time, took the team of 2 about 1.5 hrs for all 3 floors. They were able to squeeze us in before Thanksgiving despite a busy schedule, and the house looks great. We appreciated details like re-stacking a storage area to look more tidy, nicely rearranging tabletop/countertop clutter we had left out, and cleaning fan blades and windowsills.

Bathroom was the biggest highlight. Tub faucet looks brand new

For the past year and a half, we have used Elizabeth House Cleaning for a bi-weekly house cleaning. Elizabeth and her team do a thorough job each time. She is very personable, pays attention to detail, and goes above and beyond to ensure our house is clean. She even cleaned out our fireplace for us! She is a gem who loves what she does. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Great. Their work was very thorough. They stayed at my house for more time than I expected (2.5 hours total, times three cleaners), and when they left, the house sparkled. They even cleaned the inside of my oven, my microwave, and my refrigerator. My bathrooms smell so clean -- I didn't even know the bathrooms had been dirty, until I saw them cleaned by Elizabeth and her crew. They moved furniture (including beds and dressers) out of the way to vacuum and mop the dust from underneath. They cleaned the baseboards. This was my first time with Elizabeth. I think I'll plan to hire again every 4-5 weeks or so to do another deep clean.

Extremely well. A team of three spent approximately 3 hours doing a deep cleaning. Thereafter, have scheduled an every other week cleaning.

went very well. the crew arrived on time and asked me where did I wanted them to start. the furniture was moved and the area was vacuumed and cleaned. the ceilings corners were cleaned. furniture, including frames were cleaned. Oven and refrigerators were cleaned and organized. I was very happy with the service and I will hire them once or twice a year for deep home cleaning.

TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN! Hands down the worst service provider I have ever encountered on Angie's. Not only did they take my money, mark the job as performed, changed service dates more times than I can count but they NEVER fulfilled the deal and refused a refund despite Angie's List finding for me. More than 50 emails, arrogant and aggressive language, promised refunds and lies... I cannot stress enough how disappointing this supposed supplier of a service is and they are completely undeserving of any status on Angie's List. Buyer Beware.

I hired Elizabeth and her team to clean my house after my college students went back to school. I was thoroughly impressed! The team worked hard to make the whole house sparkle from top to bottom. They really went above and beyond, getting behind furniture and to every spot under the beds. This was a special, deep clean and included the fridge and oven and other extras. I am thrilled with my "looks like new" home.
