Description of Work: He caulked and grouted. I asked for white it turned out to be so yellow that my bathroom will have to be redone. And some of the grout was not filled in completely. He should have realized once he started the color was not right and gone out and bought different caulking instead of putting it everywhere in the bahtroom. He could not have thought this job was done correctly.

Description of Work: Re-caulked and grouted a shower. Final product is very neat and clean. Arrived promptly, and when he did not have the materials on hand to grout (my mistake for not clarifying that I needed both caulk and grout), he quickly ran out to get some in a color that matched the existing grout. Did not take the whole three hours, as it was a very small shower. I am quite pleased with the product, and will not hesitate to use him again when we need future tile work.
