Several weeks back, we were in the search for a housecleaning service. Elizabeth House Cleaning met all of our parameters: insured & licensed, same cleaning crew each time, excellent references, high customer reviews. We could not be happier with the results, and now have our house cleaned bi-weekly (most recent cleaning was 10/22). Our initial request for an estimate was met promptly. Scheduling has been very easy (typically via text). The quality of the cleaning is very high/deep. In other words, ceiling fans are cleaned, sofa is vacuumed, bathtub sparkles. The stove top has never been cleaner despite my own previous best efforts. The team brings their own supplies/equipment. Highly recommend with utmost confidence!

Communicated exceptionally well pior to coming on time, including calling back before and during scheduled and rescheduled appointment day. Three ladies came equiped and prepared to start cleaning immediately. They were clearly experienced and thorough in completing their work. I am planning to hire them again to clean prior to our moving out after sale.

Elizabeth and her partner arrived and got right to work. They didn't stop til all the bathrooms were super clean and the rest of the house as well! Elizabeth even managed to get the stove cleaner than it has been in years. They were extremely hard workers and I plan to use them again.

I tried for a month to schedule with this company. I asked for an appointment on Monday or Thursday and they repeatedly tried to schedule on other days of the week when I said I could not be available. We finally scheduled an appointment, three weeks out, and the night before the services were to be completed I received a text message at 10p stating that they could not keep the scheduled appointment. We tried to schedule another appointment but it seemed that the availability was extremely limitied and it would take far to long to get someone else to my home to clean. I was told that I would be refunded for my deal. I followed up with the company 2 weeks later and the response I receved was rude and in my opinion unprofessional. The expressed that they are not 'afraid of a bad review'. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They need to learn skills in customer service and professionalism.

tile Ronal came to the house and took lots of measurements. He then suggested some possible color schemes that would go with our current kitchen décor and wall colors. He went and got several sample tiles which he brought back to our house to match with the counters, wall colors and cabinets. He also brought several sizes of tiles so that we could see what would look better on the floor. He described how he was going to lay out the tile and how he was going make the tile flush with the wall (not the baseboard). After quoting a reasonable price for all the materials he was going to need (including grout, cement, tile, labor), we agreed to have the work done. Ronal demolished the old hideous floors, hauled the trash away, placed a new base on which to put the tile, leveled the floors, laid the tile, grouted the tile and the floors were ready to go in 10 days! He did an amazing job laying the tile and has a fantastic eye for detail. He didn't just lay the tile, he made sure the design in the tile flowed nicely and that the floor was completely level and the tiles were appropriately spaced. He then had Elizabeth's cleaning service come to clean up the entire house after the floor was done. There was no evidence of tile dust anywhere (it was previously covering the entire house). Both Ronal and Elizabeth did an amazing job! 1 year later, the floor looks amazing and we have had no issues with cracked tiles, broken tiles or grout coming loose. Ronal also did some tile work in our bathroom to fix a mold problem in the shower. It turns out that there was a leak in the grout and Ronal replaced the drywall and re did the tile work. That is the only place in the shower that looks brand new! I would have Ronal come and do tile work any time. He does a great job with both tile and grout and he has a great artistic eye.

3 crew members showed up 5 minutes early. took two solid hours to finish the job as instructed by me. They did a very good job and I am happy, more importantly, the wife seems to be happy too. (Because she doesn't have to clean) :-)

Affordable cleaning services are hard to come by. Elizabeth confirmed our preferences before they got to work. We liked it so much, we decided to sign up for monthly cleaning.

We had a great experience with Elizabeth and her team. Scheduling and coordination prior to the services was easy and pleasant. The team did a wonderful job on our house, even vacuuming under our furniture and vacuuming out the couch cushions! They were quick, very polite, and just a pleasure to work with. And their prices are very reasonable. We'll be purchasing a monthly service from them in the future.

Elizabeth and her team showed up on time after getting short notice of our need for her services. She has been to our house three or four times now and is thorough, a good communicator, efficient, quick and does a professional job. She takes initiative when she sees things that need to be done that haven't been specifically mentioned. She is energetic and very cheerful. It was easy to see that she is serious about her work and is always looking for ways to improve her job. In my experience, this is rare in the home cleaning business. Another important quality is that she understands what you want done and doesn't forget things on the cleaning list. Since we very frequently have guests staying with us we have used a lot of cleaning services. Both my wife and I would say without hesitation that Elizabeth has been the best by far. We are continuing to use her cleaning service.

Elizabeth and her team are hardworking and honest. When I called various companies for an estimate, she was the only one who came to give me an in-house estimate the same day. They definitely deserve an A+ for effort - they even wipe down the inside of the fridge and microwave! I plan to use her services on a monthly basis.

I bought a Big Deal with Angie's List for $124 for six hours of housecleaning. I gave her the address at 1:30 today and at 5:20 she texted me and then tried to call to tell me that she can't find my address for a 5:30 appointment. She blamed her GPS and tried to reschedule for another day. Then she tells me that she cannot come out to do the job. I drive for an hour to meet her and unlock my apartment and she calls me ten minutes before the appointment to cancel. I am very disappointing with this service and will not be using this service again.

They never fail to amaze me and out do themselves with my home. This cleaning was definitely the most important one. I was having all of my family over for the first time. Things were hectic and I could not get myself together to get my home ready for company. Elizabeth Cleaning came to the rescue. They not only came to clean but to hep me prepare for this huge event. I am truly thankful for their services.

Everything went absoultely amazing. I came home to a Sparkly clean House and to even more than expected. They always do more than expected and honestly for the price I pay I think it's a BIG STEAL. THe organized all my entire closet, they did laundry and washed all my dirty dishes. So dont just expect tp have your floors mopped and bathroom cleaned. Everytime I speak with Elizabeth the owner to schedule my cleaning she asks me if there is anything I need to be done. And they never do something without asking my permission first. Truly I love seeing their friendly faces and I love my Home more and more everytime they come and clean
