I would like to revise my review from 9/2/16. Elizabeth House Cleaning contacted me and offered to perform the work at a discounted price. They met me out at Home Depot to select my tiles and were very accommodating. I appreciate their desire to make this situation right which speak volumes to their true character. Thank you for your willingness to make a wrong right. Not many companies care enough to do this. They are a wonderful family owned business and hard working. Please note that my previous review had nothing to do with the home cleaning services they provide.

They were on time, even arrived earlier than expected. The experience overall was great.

It went very well. The group was very courteous, professional and efficient. They did an excellent job cleaning the appliances, furniture and floors.

Life is getting busier, so my wife and I decided to start monthly house cleanings. We got a couple quotes and Elizabeth's was the best by a good margin. She is very friendly, scheduling was fast, and she pays close attention to details. For example, they cleaned our lamp covers (there was tons of dust in them but we didn't realize it was there until she pointed it out), under our bed, behind furniture, inside our gross oven, and so on. When they were done the house looked like a nice hotel. We look forward to continuing with the monthly cleanings!

Our tile was ogee shaped, and so it required a fair amount of cutting and careful positioning. Rona came prepared to work and double checked that we had all of the right materials available from the beginning so that there was no extra delay or surprise trips needed to the hardware store. He installed the tile with care for detail and with an opinion on how to align it to make it look best, which we appreciated. He was friendly, communicative, and he asked questions to confirm our preferences along the way. When we realized that we had received a box of matte tiles and a box of glossy tiles from the store by mistake (something that I would notice but my husband would not!), Rona helped by pulling down the wrong tiles, scheduled with us to come back later to redo that part of the work (which we paid for, of course), and even offered to swing by the store to pick up the right tiles for us before he came. This was wonderful service. We would definitely hire him again.

Found Elizabeth House Cleaning through Angie's List and reviews. Paid $99 for 3 hours of Caulking and Grout Restoration and Repair. Took a little back and forth to get the appointment but once Ronald came to do the work, he was great to work with. Ronald worked the entire time and did an excellent job. He grouted a tile or two that needed to be re-done. Also re-caulked several bathrooms as well. Would highly recommend and would use this provider again.

I purchased a tile cleaning through Elizabeth House Cleaning. I was unaware that the tile and grout services would be provided by her husband. There were some initial communication issues; however, I do speak some Spanish so we did manage to understand each other. After I purchased the deal and received the confirmation email from Angies List, I sent an email to introduce myself and determine their availability. I did not hear from them so I called. The wife answered I asked her if they received my contact information. She said that she could not find it. I asked to schedule the services and she mentioned that her husband needed to be contacted. I said great, can you give him my phone number so that he can call me at his earliest convenience. She said that she could not call him and that I would have to call him. I was shocked as I was calling to support their business -- to give them money. She was so rude and abrupt. I said that I would call him to save her some time. I called her husband and he said that he would call me back to schedule later that night as he was busy. He also mentioned something about Americans and scheduling. He wanted me to wait until he was ready to schedule me at a time that predetermined by him. He did not call me back so two days later I sent him a text message that stated that I would have to be patient to schedule and if I did not like this I could cancel the services. I sure did cancel the services. This business is unprofessional, disrespectful, and horrible to deal with. Their language skills are poor and their attitude is worse. I would not trust this group to do any work for me or to even be in my home. They listed the lowest price, and as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!" Their basic vibe was that they hate working for Americans other than to get money.

They were timely, thorough, and detail oriented. House was very clean after they left. Will definitely be using them again!

Multiple calls, 3-4 times and left voice mails. The service provider would state they would get back to me or not respond. Never received any call backs. Called the number for grout and caulking, said he would call me back. Called again and no call back. Since there has not been a response to my queries, it is not worth my time. I will be looking for other service providers.

Work was performed with excellence and care. My bathtub tiling looks brand new. It hasn't look this good for 10 years. Ronald was professional and worked non-stop. I'm very impressed with the quality of work and would highly recommend this service provider.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. Mr. Penate quickly contacted me and scheduled a time to review what needed to be done. He did an outstanding job of installing a kitchen backsplash of penny tile. I am extremely pleased and will definitely use his services again.

Ronald Penate came to our house for an inspection of the work to be performed and colors for the sealant prior to doing the work. He took out all the original sealant top and base of my Corian counter and refinished it. Looks brand new. He is excellent!

I attempted to contact them several times and they had promised to get back to me with an appointment to complete the work, Due to their unresponsiveness I was unhappy with my initial contact and requested a refund for this service.

Mr. Penate was punctual and professional. The work done was excellent. I would recommend this service provider for anyone needing tub caulking.
