Description of Work: A bathroom floor had 7 loose tiles. The workman came as scheduled, was polite, and worked rapidly. He completed the work within 5 or 6 minutes. Four weeks later the tiles are still in the floor. The job was excellent.

Description of Work: Lovely young women, a delight to hear them laughing and cleaning, and what they cleaned, they did well. But they cleaned 3 bedrooms upstairs which I had specifically told them not to clean, and then didn't have time to do a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator, which had been included in the price. Also, they forgot that we had arranged for a specific date for cleaning, and when I finally got in touch with them, they came, but late.

Description of Work: I got an Angie's list deal--$99 for 3 hours of grouting or caulking. I had only a little bit of grouting work so he did that as well as removing all of the old caulk around the tub and floor and recaulking. He did a great job. My shower no longer leaks and the new caulking looks so much nicer.

Description of Work: This was not a house cleaning deal. I used it as it was the "deal of the week". For 3 hrs of tile regrouted, caulking etc for 99.00. Apparently the tile guy was piggy backing on his wife's cleaning service deal. I don't think he understood how Angies list works. He changed the time the day before. Then he didnt show up until 2 hrs later. Also, there was a big language barrier. If you want to start your own business,more power to you. But pls learn English. I have run into this several times recently. Hey Angie, pls check your service contractors that they are English-speaking. Thanks

Elizabeth encouraged me to check the rooms to make sure they were cleaned to my satisfaction. | |I have bought 3 other Big Deal cleaning packages before. Description of Work: The job was to re-calk my bathtub area. In addition to doing an excellent job removing old calk and re-calking the bathtub area, the provider used the rest of the time re-calking all calked areas in the bathroom including the base of the toilet. The work was excellent.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for a deep clean, and am now using Elizabeth's house cleaning every other week. Elizabeth's first comment to me was "you will be so happy"! And I am. I have had other cleaning companies in the past, Elizabeth is by far the best. My teen-age daughter calls them her new best friends - I had suggested that they just vacuum her room and not try to dust around all of her stuff. Elizabeth and her team organize it for her and dust.

Description of Work: The crew cleaned up a 1938 house for sale. While there was no way to get a place this dusty and cluttered cleaned up perfectly for the $199 offer, our realtors were very impressed, and they are picky since this is in a pricey neighborhood. They are worth the hire.
