I thought they were completely professional, and we had no problems at all. The only reason why we did not use them is because their price was higher, but that was because the material was also better.

Everything has been great so far. They are very creative and easy to talk to, and they provided excellent recommendations. Their price was good and I look forward to working with them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish, professional workers, punctual and respectful, high quality work, the bathroom is stunning! Mati Kotz is a great contractor who listens to the customer but also has great ideas and suggestions for a better outcome.

After discussing general terms and needs, a designer came to my house, took measurements, held discussions, and then came up with a number of alternative designs. I selected the cabinets, appliances, sink design, window, door, etc., and installation was scheduled. All work was completed within the initial time estimate. The workmanship was excellent and clean-I was surprised but delighted that they installed a plastic curtain on the outside of the work area in order to keep dust out of the rest of the house. The installation crew was friendly and efficient. My old kitchen was relatively small and cramped, and the redesign and installation made it far more practical, useful, airy and pleasant, without change in square footage. It was an amazing accomplishment.

They were very good. They were very professional and thorough in preparing and measuring. They were precise in arriving on time and leaving on time. The installation went flawlessly.

I was not happy with the service. They sort of just vanished. They never called me back.

There were problems with the installation which were resolved to a certain degree but the final result is very nice. For instance, the two blocks of granite did not match and the installers scratched the wooden wall next to it. The fridge did not fit in the space allocated, the fan was placed too high, etc. All this would be forgotten, but the big problem, however, is that we need the drawers to be repaired since they do not close as smoothly as before. I have called them repeatedly to no avail, although I pointed out that I will gladly pay for the repairs. They promise they will come and never call back. This has been going on for months, and because the cabinets and drawers are imported It is hard to find another company to do the work. Very unprofessional and frustrating, specially after spending a serious amount of money.

Everything was fantastic! It was a late decision--my wife was pregnant and we were hoping we could get something done in a short period of time, and they were totally accommodating. They put our needs first, and they were really good about taking us into account. They kept us updated on what was going on, and they were really good about managing any surprises that came up due to us having an older home. They always had two people at the house, and they worked within the time frame they gave us. They got back to us quickly, and they laid out everything very well so we could see what we were getting for the money. They were also able to give us good advice about what expenses were necessary and made suggestions about where we could save.

Very well. Our designer, Bob McGinnis was both helpful and patient. Workers were pleasant, helpful, knew their stuff, and careful to keep the rest of the house clean. Work was generally performed within the time schedule set out and changes we asked for were done quickly and well. The end result is all we hoped for.

The end result is beautiful and within budget, but did not come easily. Our interior architect was attentive, polite and produced a sound design. There were a couple of glitches, though. The big one was the floor. We had chosen tile with a lot of color variation intending to lay it in a randomized pattern. While we and our designer were out of town the tiles were laid in a checkerboard, not at all what we had in mind. When we complained, we were criticized for not overseeing the tile layers. The installers waited for the adhesive to set before removing the tile (we removed quite a bit ourselves before it set), and the company ordered insufficient replacement tile so that it had to be ordered and waited for twice. The original estimate of 3-5 weeks turned into about 5 months. Two caveats are the lack of communication within the company and the workers' tendency to enter the house without knocking or calling ahead, sometimes at 7:00 AM on weekends.

We were very comfortable with all of the workers and they did a good job. The outcome was beautiful. They did as much as they could to stay out of our way while they were working and they finished right on schedule.

We had other estimates for the work and found Elite to be a ''best buy.'' Everyone who was involved in the project was extremely nice, and did excellent work, Daniel's attitude thoughout the project was that ''there are no problems...there are only solutions.'' All work was completed on time and within budget. Elite was recommended to us by friends, and we have, in turn, referred Elite to others. All have been thrilled with their new kitchens!
