Description of Work: I called to have someone give me a price for replacing a 19-year-old through-the-wall two-part heating and air conditioning unit in my family room. Ron came out and looked at what was there, which wasn't heating. He spent about 10 minutes playing with the electrical elements and got it to work. When I joked that it would probably fail on Christmas Day, he laughed and said to call, he'd be open. And when I asked what I owed him for the repair, he said - nothing. If I need more service, or a new unit, he will be the first person I call.

Description of Work: I called this company for an estimate for replacement of furnace and central air conditioning. They returned phone call promptly and I was told by the estimator/owner that he was working in my area that day and could possibly get to my house the same day and he would call me. He never called. I called the following day and told this gentleman that if he didn't want my job he shouldn't waste my time or his but he had come highly recommended and I would like his estimate. Again he told me he could probably work me in that day and he would call me. He never called.
