Rob took a conservative approach to repairing the leak and was very clear in telling me what he was doing and why. His solution has worked out very well. We had a bit of trouble communicating due to his very busy schedule, but he was responsive.

Very well. Rob is excellent at responding on email quickly, which is a big help. He fixed some leaky pipes for us quickly, and offered us advice on a toilet, water heater, and sink as well. We've already scheduled our next service with him, and recommend him highly.

Rob did a great job... he also noticed some pin holes in the old copper piping leading away from the tank, so he took care of replacing the piping with better grade copper piping.

Rob called the night before to give us an approximate time of arrival and showed up within his time window. He explained what he was doing and why as he worked to unclog the drains. The leaking shower head was caused by a faulty part; he had a replacement part in his truck and repaired the shower head. We will absolutely call him again for future plumbing needs.

He would not work on the pipes in the basement. Said the heating company had to take care of it. The $100 deal I bought was not for slow drains so he charged me an extra $150 to fix one slow drain. He said the other one work fine. I should have just asked for my money back. It seems $250 it alot of money to fix one slow drain.

This was a "rush" job, which required coordination with not only myself, but a realtor and other contractors. Installed a 50 gal water tank, and expansion tank, a cold water shot off valve, and took all trash and debris to the dump. I couldn't have been more pleased. All went well.

When I first called Rob in a panic, he stated he had a full schedule but was very apologetic. He offered to call me if anything opened up during his day. True to his word, he did just that and was at my home within 30 minutes of his call. Rob displayed thorough knowlege about the problem I was having and made a very quick work of resolving it. It was clear he takes great pride in his work. Truly a professional walking in a spirit of excellence!

I called Rob when my garbage disposal broke. He fit me into his schedule even though he was busy. He told me about the different options for new disposals. The new disposal works great.

Rob arrived in the expected time frame and went the extra mile to ensure the new disposal was properly running and the sink was properly draining prior to me signing off on the work. Would hire again for any of my plumbing needs.

He was able to arrange the unit in a way that did not obstruct the washer/dryer or HVAC system, and checked with me as appropriate to ensure it was exactly how I wanted and needed it to be. Price was exactly as advertised, and installation was perfect as was cleanup. Will be calling Eire again for several other plumbing issues I have, and have also recommended him to my fiancee who also needs work done on his house.

I called Erie Plumbing, left a voice mail and received a call back within 15 mins. Rob arrived at my home at the time we agreed on. He was very considerate in not tracking mud/dirt into the house. The obstruction was not easy to clear and both upstairs and downstairs toilets eventually needed to be removed to get the line open. Rob kept me informed every step of the way. He put everything back in place when finished and left both bathrooms in order. After 30 years of paying for plumbing services, I think what he charged me was reasonable given the time (4 hrs), professional service and results he delivered.

Great. Eire plumbing was prompt, professional and pleasant. Without knowing where the clog was we discussed the various ways to approach the problem, and together agreed on a course of action.
