Description of Work: Installed new supply tube and fill valve for toilet. Rob Clem was very professional, punctual and efficient. He informed me that the contractor for some new construction we had done, had installed a cheap "no name" toilet and that his advice was to spend no more money on repairs but to get a new toilet. |Different problems arose and I got a new toilet per Rob's excellent advice.

Description of Work: Rob was extremely helpful. I needed to have a bathroom sink drain replaced, and he explained my options very clearly and patiently via email and in person. He advised me on which replacements would be least likely to develop the same issue in the future. Unprompted, he also checked my water heater and discussed the equipment's useful life. I would definitely call Rob again in the future.
