After being told by a general home repair contractor that the job was too complicated, I contacted Rob early in the morning hoping to schedule something that week for the leaking pipe. He came over later that same afternoon after a job he was on. He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately! He was extremely helpful, professional and courteous to my children and me. Where another home repair company had thrown up their hands and refused to fix my 50 year old pipes, Rob had no problem! He has earned a regular customer in me!

NOTHING BUT AWESOME! I contacted 10 plumbers in 6 days, and NO ONE followed thought except Mr. Clem, owner of Eire Plumbing. He completed the gas line capping effectively. He explained, in great detail, alternatives of various plumbing options, did not rush, repeated himself until I completely understood the concepts. I was very concerned about the gas fireplace, and Mr. Clem did a thorough inspection that led to "DON'T USE" until I got a replacement. He went out of his to way the needed replacement and gave me recommendation where to purchase with a follow up. I can continue, but all I can say I STRONGLY recommend him - professional, well spoken, sensitive to customer needs, and RESPONSIVE!

I had a leak. I called them a night before and the guy came out at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. He was very prompt. He and my husband talked about the work and he went ahead and did the job. The job cost me $335. He replaced some piping in the basement. There was a hole in it. I will use his services in the future.

We purchased a lovely old home, built in 1939, that had not been lived in for over a year. Rob from Eire Pluumbing had performed work for us over the years in our previous home, and we had always been very satisfied with his work. When we noticed several plumbing issues in our new place, we did not hesitate to call Rob. He was very responsive to our problems, even though they were not very large jobs. As he had always been in the past, Rob was punctual and courteous. Most importantly, though, he is a good plumber! He knows his profession, his prices are reasonable, and I'll continue to use him for all our plumbing needs.

Rob answered the phone promptly. Called him late afternoon on Friday and he was swamped. But he offered to come see me first thing on Saturday morning with no Saturday call out charge. True to his word he was at my home by 10:30am on Saturday. He was able to quickly ascertain the cause of the issue and immediately went to work. He tried to snake the drain with no luck but he did not give up and tried several things even went walking around the development to see where the drain pipe surfaced. After about three hours I told him that I would call the HOA as the issue was obviously not in my townhouse. Rob cleaned up any mess that he made and wrote a very detailed report of the work that he did. He was polite and very informative letting me know possible causes and advice. Even though he was not able to fix the issue he did try and I am very pleased with his work.

Eire plumbing came a number of times to do a variety of jobs for me. I had a gas line modified with a gas regulator replaced, I had a toilette replaced with an excellent Toto model toilette. I had an outdoor faucet replaced which required some modification of the exterior wall. All work was done professionally and he cleaned up any mess he caused at the end. He was very friendly, explained everything he needed to do and came for the appointments on time. I highly recommend this company.

I thought it went well. Rob came in the evening after working on another job. He was able to fix the running faucet - turns out it needed more than a washer. Our house was built in 67 and has most of the original plumbing. He found the leak in the kitchen and replaced a piece of the pipe. He also replaced the faucet because it was getting hard to move it from side to side. The family bathtub stopper no longer works. Rob explained some options i.e. fixing or using a rubber stopper. I choose the stopper. That bathroom also has two sinks set in a custom size vanity that need replacing. Rob explained options and costs and suggested leaving them (we are selling our house) as is and see what kind of feed back we get.

Rob provided quick service since my bathroom remodeling was done ahead of schedule and I needed the plumbing connected early. Rob came right out and installed the sink and the toilet. He finished the entire job quickly so I asked him to look at my disposal which stopped working. Instead of just selling me on a new disposal, he pulled out a electric tester and told me the switch on the wall was actually bad! I was able to go get a new switch myself and install it for only a few dollars. I'm sure any other plumber would have sold me another disposal.

Nice guy, but too pricey. His estimate was the highest received.

My wife an I noticed a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom below another bathroom, as we were getting ready for work. I found this plumber through Angie's list, and called him around 7:30 am. He was available to come right away, identify the problem (leaky tank), and fix it very quickly. He also provided an estimate for a future plumbing project. I would recommend him to all.

Rob explained everything he did and was about to do in pretty good detail. We let him order a new fixture for us instead of buying from Lowe's again. We get better quality and better warranty buying from Rob.

We called Eire mid-morning and they were able to come be 2 pm. They were on time and finished the job below the original estimate. They were great and I'd use them again and have recommended them to my co-workers.

Rob responded within 2 hours of me contacting him via Angies list. I contacted three others, but he was the only fast responder. He handled the job well and was fast completing it in less than 90 minutes. The $375 price was a bit high considering the sump pump was only about 150.00 and the job only took less than two hours. I was surprised when he presented the bill for 425.00 and he explained that the additional labor involved with the sump pump justified the additional $50.00. I disagreed stating that he never told me he wanted to charge additional rate. He agreed that 375 was fair from his perspective. Overall - great work. I recommend you hire him, but make sure you have clear agreement of any pricing.

He did a very nice job for us and he is a great guy. I would highly recommend his services. Our plumbing was extremely old and he did a really good job of putting all of the new plumning in for us. He is here immediately when you call him and really does great work. He is very trustworthy. He is very comfortable to have around your home when you are a mother working from home.

He did a great job, was clean and efficient but my favorite part was that he was able to provide prompt and good service. He also introduced me in great detail about Angie's List. Because of that I even signed up, not only to report on Eire Plumbing but for other needs that I have. I recommend Eire Plumbing.

Called the plumber. Gave him the contact info for the my tenant's house where the leaky toilet problem existed. He coordinated with the tenant the next day and fixed it immediately. Tenant called to let me know they were very happy at the prompt efficient service.

They were pretty quick to be here and to respond to my needs. I don?t really have any complaints. They had to cut out a square in the wall but I guess you can?t expect the plumber to do anything about the hole in the wall. I didn?t shop around, and so I?m not sure how their price would compare with others. The quality of work was good. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

I've used them several times in the last year and they always do a great job. They're very courteous, clean, they do the job right the first time - they've also been able to respond quickly to emergencies, like the pipe freeze. Quality, dependable, clean, on time. Excellent to work with.

He was very thorough and great to work with. I will be doing much more work with him in the future.

It was outstanding. It couldn't be better. The service was good, the customer relations were good, competitive price. Very positive experience.
