The provider was punctual and knowledgeable about garbage disposals.

Eire plumbing is a one person operation run by Rob. Rob is very responsive and knows what he is talking about when it comes to plumbing. I have a relatively new Delta faucet that was leaking in my son's bath and called today and left Rob a message. He called right back and came out today. He was here maybe 45 minutes or an hour and repaired the leaking faucets. During that time the main water to the house was turned off and then turned back on again. Rob turned the water off and on in a manner that eliminated all the pressure buildup that causes the water to first spurt out when turning faucets on from a shut off. That was very nice, for a change, no other plumber has ever done that. For the above service I paid $99 from Angies list for the service call and 30 minutes of work. The additional work time was charged at the going rate plus an expensive Delta part needed for the shower faucet. The additional amount came to $185 for a total of $286.00. I would definitely use Rob again and hope they were still discounting their rate through Angies List.

Rob was very responsive, reasonably priced, and very competent in executing the repairs: first at my rental unit three weeks ago (leaking toilet repair) and then in an emergency situation at my residence when the gas company detected a leak in the gas line feeding my new furnace. Rob responded with a call back 20 minutes after I had left a message at 8:00 pm on a Wednesday evening and was executing the needed repairs by noon the next day. Rob is going to be my new plumber after my plumber of 25 years passed away unexpectedly last June. Rob has demonstrated that he knows what he is doing, is highly responsive, and charges fairly for his services. My only hesitation is to put such a good review on Angie's List. . . as Rob may get much busier and it will be harder to schedule his work. Oh well - - he deserves a very good reference. I will definitely be using Eire Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.

Rob was very professional and gave as best an estimate as he could based on what I told him. He was fair and explained the possible outcomes. Of course, no one can know until they get into the job. I had low pressure and a leak in a shower head. It was a Friday afternoon and he took the time to walk me through it. He was able to come out on Monday, but I had to cancel due to the urgency and because the leak got much worse after our call. I would definitely use him as I liked his approach and honesty.

Purchased deal online. He wanted $100 more since Angies list had not updated the priced. Charged me $80 to repair an elbow in the exhaust (found issue half-way through process) seems too expensive. Everything else was ok.

I think they were overpriced for what they did. They were fine. But, nothing really stood out in terms of anything. It was very basic work.

Rob was very punctual and accommodating to my schedule. He was personable and professional. He also explained everything to me when he was done.

Basement faucet was hard plumbed into the wall with not water shut offs. The cooper supply pipe cracked leaking water. I sent email and was called back in about in hour. Later that same day the plumber came by, cut the sink free and managed to remove the badly corroded faucet from the sink so, the sink wouldn't need to be replaced. He soldered in some shut off valves and installed stainless steel braided hoses to attach to the new sink. Work was done quickly. I would use them again!

Wonderful. I wanted a family owned company that could provide services with a master plumber. Eire is the company I thought could meet these requirements after I searched Angie's list. Mr. Eire met these requirements beyond my expectations. He helped me prioritize what should be done first, what could be done if needed, and what was not useful to do ever. He is an honest, straight forward professional who took the time to explain his recommendations. He also not only fixed my disposal and faucets, he left my sinks and work area looking cleaner than he found them. I am planning to replace my water heater and he is researching the best choice for my budget and dwelling. I am very relieved to have a family plumber whose work and advice I trust after many frustrating experiences with the "big" companies that often send employees with varied expertise and no personal stake in the outcomes of their work. Eire plumbing deserves their Angie's List Super Service Award.

Work was performed timely and correct.

Plumber showed up on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Best plumber we have ever had, definitely will use him again.

Rob was very responsive all during this encounter. He kept me advised of his arrival time, worked diligently to complete the work, and did so at a very reasonable price. I hope I don't have another clogged sink! But certain will call Rob when I do.

Contractor sought to work fast after I explained financial constraints and concern about too high a price.

Excellent. We have used this provider before and were so pleased we have him do all of our plumbing services. He is professional and communicates very well with us which is important to me. He explained what he would need us to do before hand which was very helpful. He did have to replace some of the plumbing lines which cost a bit more but we have a 1951 house that still has a lot of original stuff so those things needed to be replaced. It looks great and works great. I am sure we will have him back for more work. He is very easy to recommend to others.

The work was done well. My only complaint is that even though the 'Big Deal' covered the amount of time spent to perform the service the provider required a different/higher rate for this 'snake drain' service.

It went great. He's a one man operation so there was a bit of phone tag, but he was always kind and professional. The reason the cost was so high is because we had an old "two handle" shower, and no access to the plumbing. So, we had to remove the tile and at that point we just converted it to a more modern faucet that was promised to last much longer. He handled the contractor for the re-tile as well which made our lives easier.

The service was timely and professionally done. Rob was cheerful and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend and call again.

The old water heater was incorrectly installed, so Rob had to move around the gas intake to install the new water heater better. His work was very clean and professional. Rob answered all my questions before and after the work was completed, and gave good advice about the parts of the job that I decided to do myself, namely the duct work. I'd recommend Eire Plumbing to anyone.

I feel like I've been scammed. We had a bathtub that didn't drain due to a faulty drain mechanism, and we needed a sprayer replaced in a kitchen sink. I called Rob Clem and he had an opening that day. He was polite, friendly and he showed up on time. I couldn't be there, so the tenant let him in and he was to call me with the results. Those were the positives. He called me after almost 2 hours to say he was unable to fix either problem. He couldn't replace the drain mechanism because he didn't have the right tools to disconnect it; he suggested that I call a bigger plumber outfit with better tools. And he couldn't replace the kitchen sprayer because he couldn't remove the bolt. He then charged me $335. I said that was a lot of money to pay for a job he was unable to do. After some back and forth, he agreed to take $25 off the charge. I said that was still way too much. Eventually he took off another $15 and I paid him $290. Awful experience. When I agree to pay an hourly rate, I'm expecting some value in return. If you're not able to do the job you were hired to do, you don't say "sorry, pay me anyway". I would have paid something out of respect for his time. But charging your regular rate and not caring that you added absolutely no value? That's crap.

This was the second time I used Eire and was very satisfied with the work.

Took over two and a half hours. WAY too long. That equals more labor hours.

They worked quickly for us. We have used them many times. We have been hiring them for about 3-4 years. They are knowledgeable and affordable. They give us all of out options and are responsive.
