Description of Work: We had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom ceiling. Some of the old piping needed to be replaced. Very quick, polite, professional, and honest.

Description of Work: Replace main water valve. We have used Erie before and will again. Punctual, professional, and dead honest. Some may not know how to appreciate honesty but it is a character I look for.

Description of Work: Discovered "Eire" has more to do with Ireland than a city in Pennsylvania. |Rob squeezed the appointment in the same day requested, as he was in the area. The job was to replace the garbage disposer, which had stuck and was not allowing anything to go down the kitchen sink drain. He had two units on his truck. I opted for the better one, a top of the line Insinkerator unit. |Not only did he replace the disposer, he redid the plumbing under the sink to be more serviceable and take up less space. Importantly, he also thoroughly unclogged the entire kitchen sink drainage plumbing and beyond, dislodging an alarming amount of sludge and other accumulation. |Rob went about his work efficiently and didn't have to make a second trip. The entire job took just a few late morning hours. |The new disposer is working fine and I can keep my kitchen sink clean. |I highly recommend Erie Plumbing.

Description of Work: The job was performed correctly, but it lasted less than an hour and the plumber charged me an additional $15.00 the cost of the gasket he replaced.

Description of Work: The company owner replaced some of the fixtures in the shower because they were worn out and leaking. Because it was a tiled shower, the owner hired a friend to help with the tile replacement. Luckily I had save enough tile so that I didn't have to hunt and buy more. I felt that the work was excellent. You can trust him that good work will be done. However, the price was quite high, in my opinion. I also had to pay for him to give me an estimate and then again when he came to do the job. I don't think I should have had to pay for his initial estimate when he did no work.

Description of Work: I was pretty sure my icemaker water line was not providing an adequate supply of water to keep the icemaker functioning properly. He tested the line to diagnose the problem, removed the defective valve, installed a new valve, then tested again for assurance that the new valve was working correctly. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, and effective.

Description of Work: This was my third experience with Rob and I'm just as positive about him and his work as the first time. He fixed a problem with a Delta shower system, going the extra mile to track down a hard-to-find part and fix it the same day, in addition to checking out another plumbing issue. Excellent work and and excellent experience.

Description of Work: Our toilets had been clogging up a lot over the past two months - wanted to see if our pipe to the main sewer system needed routing. Over the phone, Rob didn't think so, but said he'd do a thorough check. Which he did the next day, calling a half hour before arriving within the two hour window he had given me. Great, straightforward, and professional guy - he gave me his frank opinion (no need to rout) as well as options in the future (including estimates of parts and labor) should we ever want to get new toilets, as ours are either very old and/or not good quality. Will definitely use him again.(

His price for the work was reasonable, and I would definitely would recommend him to others and I would call him again for future work.

Description of Work: We had Rob come to our home to diagnose a leak in the basement. it was a little tricky finding a time that worked for his schedule since he handles his business on his own. But once here he was thorough and competent and super friendly. he offered a lot of tips for things to keep an eye on and seemed very informed about rhe work. I trusted his judgement and work and would call him again.
