Description of Work: Laundry room cold and hot water line pipes replacement, very complicated job in tight spaces

Description of Work: Called this particular Company again, because of a clogged toilet. the tech arrived and quoted me a price of $120.00 to unclogg my toilet, I agreed to have the work done. he used a toilet snake to remove the stoppage, and explained it was caused by too much tissue, in a very old toilet. he also gave me some options on replacement of the toilet.

Description of Work: This particular Company was referred to me by a co-worker, I had a leak in my moms celing. and I called to schedule an appointment, and he arrived as scheduled, and on-time. he 1stcovered his shoes prior to coming into my house, and also laid down drop clothes, in the area he would be working in. the Technician started by giving me an estimate based on what he thought the problem was, and explained the estimate would be based on whats found once the ceiling was opened. The tech cut opened my ceiling, and found the leak on a 3/4" waterline. he proceeded to shut down my water to the house, and repaired the damaged section of pipe with a new piece of cooper pipe. once completed, he cleaned up after himself, and referred me to a contractor to fix the small home in my ceiling. the total bill was approx $225.00 which included opening the ceiling to find the leak, and acctually repairing the leak. he offered me 20% off my total bill, and explained that was policy under the company he works for. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definetly use this company again in the future, especially since I can save 20% off my bill, each time I use this company.
