I highly recommend Diamond’s Cleaning Services. They cleaned our commercial kitchen at the Rockville Elks Lodge. All the equipment and food surfaces look brand new! Great customer service and a friendly staff.

We were extremely satisfied with the work done by the Diamond Cleaning crew. We got a move out cleaning of our 2br apartment for $160, which seemed like a very fair price. They showed up on time and were very enthusiastic about making sure they understood exactly what we wanted. They accommodated our schedule by meeting me after work which meant they worked late to get it done. I was not able to stay until the end, so they sent me more than 30 before and after pictures the very next day. The cleaning was exactly what we wanted which meant the move out walk through went great. We are considering regular cleaning for our new home and when we do, we will hire Diamond Cleaning without hesitation.

I have known the owner for most of my life. Rosa began cleaning my parents house who live in the area when I was young, and I hired her after I started living on my own. My parents still use her as well and have always been very happy with her services. Rosa has cleaned for me for about 20yrs. now, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. She and her team are very efficient, through and professional. Not only does Diamond Cleaning Services do an excellent job, but they treat you like family. The provider has been working for me for thirty years. She has always been extremely thorough and responsible, always arriving on time and completing the job in a timely manner. She has always been most respectful, cheerful, friendly and accomodating. She is willing to accomocate my needs when necessary and perform an added task if asked to do so. I have recommended her to friends and have always received a glowing report of their experience . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider and am happy to vouch for her honesty and responsibility. She is very easy to communicate with and is very professional and well spoken. The provider is extremely loyal and respectul of my belongings treating them with great care. My experiences have always been most positive and I'm happy to continue our relationship.

The service has been reliable and consistent. The workers are always pleasant and friendly. They generally use my cleaning supplies, though at times they bring a recommended product, and then I pay additional for that at their cost. They do a very good job with the general cleaning, and at times I ask them to do something extra that they had not noticed. Best of all, I trust this service completely! One time, the diamond came out of my wedding ring. I asked them to watch for it, and a couple of weeks later, the owner found the diamond stuck in a crack where I had not seen it. Someone lest trustworthy could have easily taken it, but I think she was as happy to have found it for me as I was to have it back!

Rosa and her team have been cleaning our house for the past four years. In that time, she has provided exceptionally professional service. She is always on time and very thorough in her work. She provides the added service of purchasing cleaning products at no additional charge to us -- she just provides us the receipt and we reimburse her the exact cost, which is a real convenience to us. In the time that Rosa has cleaned for us, she has never asked for an increase in her fee, but we have happily provided one each year because of the high quality of service. Above all, Rosa is a warm and friendly person, and we feel lucky to have found her. We give her our highest recommendation.
