Description of Work: Painted living room, dining room, powder room. Took down old chandelier, installed new chandelier. Repaired hole in ceiling caused by leak from bathroom above.

 + 2 moreJust a joy to work with, good folks, I though the price is fair, quality has been top notch.
Description of Work: Another contractor who did two pieces of work for us, this is a painting company, Daza Painting Company,they finished painting, re-tiling and adding dry wall in a part of our basement which had to be removed when they did the water proofing, they basically re-did some of our unfinished basement. They also did interior paint that was separate job for us, interior painting of basement, they painted half the rooms and the interior baths.

Description of Work: I used Daza Painting previously so when I had a small job I contacted them again. The job was patching holes in the drywall in a half-bathroom where I had a new vanity installed and then painting the room. They also touched up the painting on the entire floor since I had some remodeling done. As always, they were very professional, cost effective and the quality was excellent.

 + -1 moreCarloz is the painted our house and we were very pleased with him and he did a wonderful job. He was very reasonable, conscientious, showed up on time and did more than he promised. I appreciate him so much, that I recommended him to my son and he is going to use him to paint his house.
