Danny Sadoun, GRI - Realty Pros

My job recently relocated me from New York to Maryland. While surfing the net for local Maryland realtors, I noticed Danny Sadoun who is the owner of Realty Pros because it looked like he had a line on some very good quality listings. My goal was to view as many homes as possible in MD, in the few weekends that I would drive down from NY to view homes in Maryland. After talking to some other realtors over the phone, to which, I gave the same story to each realtor I interviewed, (that I was relocating from NY, that I want to buy a house, my price range etc...). They all gave me a massive amount of listings, & all gave me grief about short notice viewings over the phone. Yet my talk with Danny made him stand out, he definitely came across as a can do guy. Believe me I put him to the test, & I wound up retaining him as my buyer/broker. Unfortunately, over 3 weekends I wound up viewing 54 homes with my family in tow, because I was definitely determined to get the "Best Bang for my Buck". It was only at the end of the second weekend that he presented me with the Buyer/Broker agreement. We had already seen over 1/2 the homes I requested, & up until then we were just working on a handshake. I know 54 homes is a lot of homes to see over 3 weekends, & again let me reiterate, that was my choice, not his, Danny & his co-realtor Carl were totally able to make it happen. I wound up choosing house #53. When things became a little rocky with the seller and it looked like the deal might fall thru, let me tell you Danny really shined. He expertly finessed the whole situation, & put the whole deal back on track. I am now happy to say that I have been living in my home for 6 months now. I also have no doubts that I definitely got the best possible deal. In actuality, I made money on the deal because my bank appraisal came in well over my purchase price, that including the credits we negotiated with the seller, put me well ahead of the game. Now, would I use Danny Sadoun from Realty Pros for future home purchases? Most definitely. Would I recommend him? Absolutely, that's what I am doing right now. You can not go wrong with Danny & his crew, they are at the top of their game & know when to kick it up a notch when neccessary.
