Olga was wonderful! She did an initial and quot;walk-thruand quot; to give us an estimate. She was not pushy at all, while were still trying to figure things out, but did not and quot;forgetand quot; about us either. For our 'deep' cleaning, she not only came herself, but she brought an ENTIRE crew (I was not home but my husband and guest said it was 5-8 people). They did a thorough cleaning of the entire home. She and Carlos, her husband/business partner, were responsive to everything.

The housecleaning staff arrived on time and provided quality cleaning services for a reasonable price.

CSC is professional and they communicate well on any changes in time or crew. The manager come to the house periodically, which helps maintain quality. They clean very well and respond to request for specific tasks.

Great experience. Carlos was clear and detailed and easy to talk with, and responded very promptly to every question I threw his way. They fit me in on very short notice, and did an AMAZING job on my apartment, which was badly overdue for some help, so I'm sure it was harder than an apartment that gets this service regularly. The end result was a sparkling, great-smelling beautiful home. I'm thrilled.

Carlos Rivera is the owner. We pay $130 every two weeks. He is very professional, flexible and easy to reach. He shows up on time. They do a very good and thorough job. The job has been very good every time. They keep everything very clean. He also does little extra things like once every month or two, he will bring flowers or something for you. He will also give little cards for the holidays or something, which is a kind of nice gesture. We are planning to use his services in the future too.

CSS was 110% professional and responsive from the date of my first inquiry. They provided me with glowing references and fit me into their already packed schedule at a time that was convenient for me. Carlos and his team did a superb job in the first apartment they cleaned (which was appallingly dirty after tenants moved out). I had such a great experience with Carlos that I hired him and his team to clean a second apartment. I will certainly use Carlos again any time I need cleaning services. I had a fantastic experience working with CSS.
