College Hunks did an excellent job. Omar, Pedro and Shelby were great. They called to confirm the appointment and narrowed down their estimated time of arrival. It was raining really hard and they always made sure not to track mud through the house, They were extremely quick and polite. I would use them again.

The phone followup was prompt and incredibly courteous. They confirmed twice to remind me and then called exactly 30 minutes before arriving. They had given me a window between 8 and 10 a.m. and were there promptly at 8:15. Sean and Stephon were very, very polite and pleasant and were a pleasure to deal with. In a very stressed day, when a company that we have contracted fail to show up and help us to unload our furniture to a self storage building, I called College Hunks in a verge of a nerves break-down and ask for help. Cristina in customer service, provide me with immediately response to all my questions and was able to locate 2 wonderful college students to help us. In less than 2 hours, Jr. and Gabe were in the location and with a very professional attitude complete the unloading of the truck for us. I will be grateful to these 2 students forever and I wish that they succeed in their carrier choices as I know that does not matter which one it will be, they will continue to be excellent professionals. I called at 9 a.m. to get the recliner removed. We were desperate to have it removed ASAP. They offered same day service and, in fact, were able to arrive by 10:30. They were pleasant, polite, professional, and got the rather large chair out and down a narrow staircase without damage to our freshly painted walls. The cost was exactly as estimated. I would absolutely use them again.

It went perfectly from first contact with them till the haul away. They explained the pricing very well, customer service was excellent and they explained what will happen on the day of service. They arrived on time and job was done as planned.

I was pleased with the service Matt and Kyle provided. They were professional, efficient and pleasant. They called and said that they would be in the area earlier and asked if I was possible for them to stop by earlier than the original time which was late in the afternoon. Aaron and Daveon were very good with the move. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very prompt. While both were good, Aaron is definitely management material. The second team completed the move so that it was absolutely painless. I would use them again in the future.

The crew - Chris, Trey and Erwin - did an exceptional job and were very professional. The gentleman who came out to assess the cost of the move in advance (I can't recall his name) somehow vastly underestimated the number of boxes that we had to move (despite us showing him all of the boxes and furniture we intended to have them move) and thought the move could be completed in about 5 hours. We informed him that our previous move - just a few months before - had taken 9 hours total with twice as many crew members and partial use of two different trucks, but he still felt that 5 hours, one truck and three crew members would be sufficient. The quote was less than half of the price of our previous mover, so of course we were quite pleased. That is the ONLY complaint that I had about this experience - the estimate (5 hours) being so far below the actual (10 hours) caused unnecessary stress on our moving crew and made the estimate significantly lower than the actual price (although we did suspect this and planned accordingly for a higher actual cost). On moving day, the crew called us early to let us know they were almost at our unit. When we asked them to wait until our actual scheduled time, they accommodated our request with no problems. They were polite and handled our possessions with care. One of the movers had a class scheduled that evening and when the move took longer than the estimate, he told us not to worry about it - that he would work it out with his professor. He and the others stayed until the job was completed, making a second trip to bring the remaining furniture. We had to force them to take lunch and breaks - they were originally planning to just push straight through. They even handled requests from neighbors to move the truck out of the way promptly and with diplomacy and professionalism, even when it wasn't convenient for them to do so. All in all, we were very pleased with the move. Our only caveat would be to ensure that you count all boxes that you plan to have the movers take yourself and make certain that the estimate sounds correct based on any previous experience you have.

Excellent experience. Kenny and AJ were very personable but extremely professional. Took care of everything--I just pointed and said "that" and they carried it away. I was able to add things as we went along. They made it easy for me to get rid of a bunch of junk!

They were exceptionally professional, contacting me ahead of time to let me know exactly when they would be arriving, making extraordinarily efficient use of time, and even offering to help me carry a few extra items to my car for no extra charge. I was very favorably impressed!

I called for same day service and they immediately checked the routes as I was on the phone. The gave me a possible price range and gave me a time slot. After 15 minutes the called for sooner service pick up and arrived within 30 minutes. They staff was young, professional and very nice guys. Steven and Jake took care of everything very quickly and they were incredibly polite.

They were great and very helpful. I used them twice. I called them with an emergency the second time and they came out within two hours to adhere to my schedule. They based the price on the amount they put in the truck. I had a hall table that was very old and cast iron, it must have weighed 100 pounds, and it only took one of them picked it up! I could not have been more pleased. They were not only cooperative, but they helped make suggestions for me. I even wanted to tip them, but they wouldn't allow it. I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism.

This is the second time I've hired this company and both experiences were great. Today, Tyrone and Stephon hauled away a very heavy china cabinet top and a large dining table. They arrived early (with a phone call to be sure that was ok, no surprises), were very polite, efficient and professional. The whole job was complete in 20 minutes or so. I have been impressed with this company and will certainly call them again when I next the services they offer.
