Description of Work: I had a stopped up bathtub that Mr. Coleman cleared. He also gave me advice about plumbing improvements I may need to make in the future in my 60+ year old house. Mr. Coleman was thoroughly professional, courteous, and a pleasure. He was punctual, efficient, and left everything clean. I especially appreciated that he took extra time to explain everything to me. I was completely satisfied.

Description of Work: I wrote an e-mail to Mr. Coleman. I explained I have an old home in Kensington that needs plumbing work. I even explained that none of the project was an emergency. He responded he was only a one man operation and had too much work at the moment to even look at my project and hoped I understood. Frankly, I don't. I felt this was very unprofessional from such a highly rated contractor.

Description of Work: Mr. Coleman was prompt, polite, and professional. He described what the problem was and fixed it quickly, leaving my house neat and clean after his work. Mr. Coleman has become my new plumber for my household plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The hot water heater's relief value needed to be replaced. Mark was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He did the work as promised and stayed true to the estimate.

Description of Work: Mark provided a second opinion about repairing or replacing an old Delta bathroom faucet. He responded promptly to my Angie's list request, had me email him a picture of the fixture, and provided me with his recommendation to replace it. His estimate was fair, factoring in the quality of the faucet he priced. Because this was a second opinion, I didn't end up using him for the actual work, but judging from his professionalism, I would do so in the future.

Description of Work: The faucet in the bathtub was leaking at our daughter's home in Damascus. It had progressed way beyond a drip. We contacted Mark because we were unsure of the extent of the problem. The faucet comes from the wall and is surrounded by tile. He was very thorough. He asked us to text him a picture of the faucet so he would be able to better assess the situation and have the correct materials when he came. He arrived on time; made a quick and efficient repair. Although this was a small job, we would definitely contact Mark again for any plumbing needs and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others needing plumbing work.

Description of Work: David was asked to fix a low flow faucet in the powder room and a tough to operate shower handle in a guest bathroom. He fixed both quickly and efficiently and they now work beautifully. He called very soon after I left a message and squeezed me within a very busy schedule and had to come back a few days later bc he did not have what he needed for the guest bath. He came when he said he would and went above and beyond to get that handle working properly and cleaned up very nicely too! Professional, on time and performed excellently. Will definitely use again when the need arises and recommend him highly.

Description of Work: First quoted $160 for repairing leak under sink. After analyzing, Mark said it would only cost us $130 - honest guy! Very courteous and professional. Hope to use him for some renovation work in another bath.

Description of Work: Needed a new faucet in kitchen as it was leaking into my walls, He found the model I wanted early and made an appointment to install immediately. When the faucet cost more than he had estimated he did not charge it to me. Excellent service, high quality, clean and professional. He's expensive but worth it.

Description of Work: My sump pump had stopped functioning properly. I called Coleman plumbing, he was responsive to my phone call. The appointment was in a timely manner and it was determined I would need a new sump pump. After further discussion I decided also to have a back up pump sump pump and battery installed and the drainage pipe replaced. He returned 2 days later to complete the work. I felt the experience was one of my better dealings with a service provider. He was professional, pleasant, and explained what was needed and was willing to answer my questions. He was conscious of cleaning up and wearing booties in the house. I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber.
