He arrived right on time, and got to work right away. It was a job, removing a corroded old faucet but Mike did it quickly. He was meticulously clean and tidied up after himself. I thought he was a complete pro and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

He arrived promptly with all equipment needed for the job. He was quite personable, and the job was competed professionally and within the qoute. Subsequently, we discoved a small leak in the vanity under one of the bathroom faucets. He returned and replaced a cutoff valve (which had not been replaced during his original visit) with no charge.

He was courteous, professional, and showed up when expected. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than he first expected, but he stayed within his price estimate, and volunteered his discount of $20 for Angie's List people for jobs $200 or more. The job was well done, and I would definitely recommend him and hire again if/when the need occurs.

I definitely plan on using colemans for my plumbing repair needs. I had used another company from angies list to install new faucets and they did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again for installation issues, but would stick with Coleman's for repair needs.

The plumber responded to my call very quickly, and was courteous and professional on the telephone. When he came to my house, which was within a couple of days (I did not need this done quickly), he was very clean (wore "booties" while in my house so he didn't track in outside dirt) and cleaned up after himself. He was very thorough in explaining what he thought needed to be done, and in telling me the price up front. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I will definitely use Coleman's Plumbing again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Mark is timely, professional, and obviously a master. He's responsive with estimates, arrives as scheduled, completes all work efficiently, and maintains a clean worksite. Highest praises! I will definitely go to him for any future plumbing needs and recommend his services to all.

It went fabulously. Mark was able to arrange his schedule to suit mine, although that must have been a pain. He recommended a tile provider, and I got the supplies. I had the sink, and he provided the toilet and new drain etc. There are tile walls in this bath, and the old sink was of course attached with the worst possible grout, but Mark was incredibly careful during demo not to damage the tile. He explained everything he was doing before, during, and after he did the work, and answered about 14 emails patiently and quickly. He discovered that the pipes leading into the wall were corroded (behind the water cutoff valve, which could have led to disaster). So he replaced the necessary parts, and still came in at his estimate despite the problems he encountered. So, money-wise, Mark was awesome, and he also did everything in a timely way, despite having an unexpected family trip. He made things functional before he left, and finished the details on his return. We didn't have ongoing disruption, which was also incredibly important, because I took my parents to a hotel rather than have them be forced to use the downstairs bathroom in the night. Mark did a beautiful job from start to finish. I will use him again for any contracting work I can, although if people on Angie's list are wise, he'll be mobbed and his schedule will be full to bursting, with a wait list, and I'll be sad that he's unavailable to help!

Mark arrived early in the promised time block (2hr range) and after being shown the leak he immediately started tracking the problem down. The leak was difficult to find. He started with the first two most probable causes (secondary/slower leaks) which he corrected. He then tested his own work to make sure he had fixed the problem which he determined still persisted. He then immediately proceeded with more aggressive tracking of the problem- and he found the primary leak inside the sheet-rock. He was efficient, shows a real knack for tracking the problem down, and has some serious gear with him including a fiber optic imaging kit and good sheet-rock cutting tools. He cleaned up everything after himself, wore booties around my house without my having to ask (my house is a shoe-free-zone), and did a great job overall. Think of him not as a plumber but more of a Tactical Fluid Relocation Analyst... A++

Mr. Coleman did an outstanding job and repaired the pinhole leak in our bathroom for $190 by carefully accessing the leak behind our medicine cabinet. This was amazing as we had a "warranty" on our house that was recently purchased, and the warranty company sent out another plumber that proposed to do the same job charging well over $1000. The other plumber wanted $600 up front in cash and was going to rip out the sink and wall to access the leak - we were supposed to hire someone else to repair the tile and paint after the plumbers were finished. The warranty company said they would only cover $100. I decided to call Coleman plumbing for a second opinion - I chose Coleman Plumbing based on their excellent rating on Angie's List. Mr. Coleman came on time, brilliantly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 45 min of arrival, charging only $190. I was so happy with his work. He saved us lots of money and headache. He is honorable and I would trust Coleman plumbing for any job in the future.

I called Mark Coleman and made the appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, gave me an assessemt of what had to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He actually finished much quicker than I expected. He was also very cautious not to track grime through the house from the sump pump overflow. I would hire him again.

Mark arrived on time, wearing booties to protect our floors, and performed the work professionally. The new faucet/handle combination is fabulous, a great improvement over what we had, and we are now very happy with the work and the bathroom itself. Thanks, Mark, for a great job! Mark came in and was very nice, we showed him the problem and he had it fixed within 15 - 20 minutes. We called him yesterday and he was out to the house the next day. He is familiar with the neighborhood, which is great. We will definitley use him again if we have any additional plumbing issues.

Overall, it was a very good experience. He was very punctual. My husband was very pleased with him. He explained everything very well, including the longevity of the parts. He is highly educated in his trade.

Mark Coleman is a true professional. He is timely, honest, clean, respectful of our home and efficient. This was my first experience with him. He gave me an estimate and did not charge extra when he had to go to a local hardware store for more parts. My bathroom had no access panel and Mark put one in so he could make the shower ADA compliant. Since that time he has become my go-to guy for all matters plumbing. He is exceptional at retro-fitting my old plumbing and has put in a vanity with exposed plumbing, a new wall hanging sink, a new toilet, kitchen faucet and performed numerous repairs. He is a pleasure to work with as is evident by all the other reports. A nice guy who takes pride in his work.

The toilet in the master bathroom was running slow and clearly needed to be snaked so I called Coleman's Plumbing and left a message. Within 15 minutes, Mr. Coleman returned my call. He said he had a couple of other jobs, one near my home and would try to stop in to at least see what the problem was. Just a couple of hours later, he called again to advise me that he was on his way. He arrived, slipped on some shoe covers and had a look. It took only a few minutes to snake the toilet but he also noticed a problem with one of the parts inside the tank. The tank had always filled very slowly. Mr. coleman inspected the part to see if it could be easily repaired and determined that replacement was necessary. The entire operation, from arrival to departure took less than an hour. Mr. Coleman is timely, efficient and knows his business and I will certainly work with him again.

Mark scheduled the work within a day of calling and gave us a two hour window for arrival. He arrived a little early and completed the work in a very timely manner. He was very professional and efficient and used shoe covers when he came in the house, which I thought was a nice touch. We have used a number of plumbers in the past who were not as courteous, professional, efficient, or respectful of our house. We would definitely use Mark again and are happy to recommend him to others. This was the first person I have used from Angie's list and I am very pleased with the service

Mark is did a great job. From start to finish he was responsive and friendly. I had tried to get in touch 2 other Angie?s list plumbers but something always happened where they didn't call back. Mark answered his phone on the first call, had a brief conversation regarding the work and asked if we could continue communication via email. Over the next 3 or 4 days we exchanged many, many emails concerning if a tankless system was possible, the best size and type of water heater for my installation and brand choice. Mark was very helpful, patient and professional. Each time we discussed an option, he followed up with price quote as a point of reference. I can not describe of well emailing with Mark worked. As I am one of the many people who's work keeps them at a desk and in front of a computer most of the day, corresponding with Mark was VERY convenient. One night we exchanged emails till 11:00pm, regarding the brand of the heater is was going to pick up for install the next day. Mark was pleasant in his communication and stressed that he was always happy to help. On the day of installation, He arrived on time, took extensive care in moving the new and old heaters and preformed the work in a professional manor. He even was happy to do a little more pipe work to correct an old humidifier connection that had been abandoned by the previous home owner. Mark Cleaned up after himself .... in fact I would say he left it better then it was. He also provided an itemized bill and explained each of the services and their associated cost. The Price was in line with his estimates discussed via email. All in All Mark did a great job. I'd call him again in a heartbeat. In fact, if we rebuild our kitchen .. I know who to call!

I called one day and he came over the next morning. He was in and out of there in 30 minutes. He was quick and efficient.

We had noticed water leaking into the basement for a couple weeks, but initially it was just a little damp. Then it got worse, but we assumed it was due to the winter storm as there were a couple other places leaking water too. The other places stopped when the snow stopped though, and this place in the corner got worse, especially whenever we used the kitchen sink or the master bathroom. We ended up limiting our use of the sink and bathroom, but the water kept collecting. I found Mark through Angie's List and it was everything the other reviews say. He listened to what I thought I had happened, cut a small hole in the drywall, and found the pipe that had been cut by technicians when a new line was installed. He had the problem diagnosed, the pipe repaired, and the room clean within half an hour of showing up (right on time by the way). And the price was so reasonable I couldn't even use the coupon I had, which required $200 or more.

Mark was able to schedule the work within 2 days of our call. He arrived on time, did the work in a neat and professional manner, and installed high quality products. He left the site clean and orderly. We are having him come back and do some additional work we had been putting off.

I was in urgent need of a new water heater and spoke with 4 different companies to obtain an estimate. Coleman's Plumbing [Mark] by far was the most responsive and professional in the process. Not to mention he was priced more competitively than the competition and was transparent about parts and labor costs. Mark and I exchanged emails addressing every concern I could think of which was quite a lot since I had never replaced a water heater before. The installation process was even smoother as he exceeded all of my expectations. He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and educated me about my current system so I could perform maintenance on my unit after his visit. Mark really enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. He'll treat your household as if it was his own. I would recommend Mark to all of those close to me and have already told my family about his great work. I will be calling him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Mark was very professional, and actually made it to the house a little earlier than he originally estimated. He wore shoe covers inside the house, which impressed my mother substantially. Although he had spent considerable time fighting traffic and diagnosing the problem, he did not charge at all for the visit. We will be hiring him to replace the toilet and do some other work in the near future.

I can't say enough great things about Coleman's Plumbing. The owner is extremely responsive, takes great care and pride in the work he performs, he makes sure the area is not left a mess, explains in detail the work he is doing and wants to ensure the customer is satisfied with the completed work. If all this weren't enough, his work is also very fairly priced. I have used Coleman's now a few times. All experiences have been equally as positive.
