It went very well. He diagnosed the problems quickly and explained them to us. Everything is fixed and working well.

This was the 3rd or 4th time using Coleman's Plumbing. We are happy with the price. The service was really great. They are the best. We are happy with them and that is why we keep calling. They do quality work that holds up. They are punctual and show up when they say they will.

Mark was, as others have said, on time and very pleasant and professional in his work. He replaced a garbage disposal for me. I would certainly plan to call him again if I need more plumbing work.

I had called Coleman's Plumbing to come by to check two different ceiling areas which showed signs of a possible leak. The owner showed up on time. He quickly determined the first area was not a plumbing issue, but showed me what it was and how to resolve. The second area, was a very minor issue that he quickly identified and also resolved. It was very, very minor thing and something I should have caught myself. I found Coleman's Plumbing on Angie's List a couple of years ago. Over that time, I have had to call on them to fix several issues. They have always done a great job and become my "go to" company for any plumbing issues.This time, Mark did not charge me for the visit as it turned out to be almost nothing and took very little time. What a sign of Mark's professionalism. He told me he valued having me as a regular customer and didn't want to charge me for somthing that was not a real plumbing issue. He said you have always been fair to me, I want to do the same by you. This is a company I will always use and would recommend to anyone.

I have used Coleman Plumbing several times now and have only received outstanding service. Mark is very polite, professional and gets the job done very efficiently for a reasonable price.

Mark was terrific; he was clear on the phone, made a specific time/date commitment to arrive, showed up on the dot, he was neat in appearance and had an amiable smile; he put on "hospital" slippers to keep the house clean, brought in an electronic gadget that allowed him to see under and around the impossible to see spot under the bath tub in order to correctly diagnose the problem, showed me where the leak was coming from, clearly and simply explained what he proposed to do to fix the problem, stated his single flat rate for the job (not for the hours) he would charge to do the work, and was able to do the work immediately. I felt comfortable with Mark in the house. He reminded me about the $20 new customer discount coupon he posts on Angie's List that I didn't even remember. He was pleasant and communicative, efficient, and clearly competent at his work. I even learned a few tips about international travel from him! I hope to be able to use his services again.

The work was great. He was very responsive and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Mark is great. Not only did he fix the 3 faucets, he showed me how to fix them by myself in the future if I had similar issues. I have used Mark in the past and he consistently finds the best solution to the problem, and it is often an inexpensive solution-- he has never done work that was unnecessary. Additionally, he makes sure the job is done just right- doesn't scratch faucets, cleans everything up, everything back the way it should be.

Mark was great - he showed up right on time, put on booties to keep our floors clean, and got right to work. He finished both jobs efficiently and quickly and the work looked good. I appreciated that he took time to go over his work with me, and when he saw the incomprehension in my eyes, offered to explain it all by phone to my husband if he needed more information. His prices seem a bit higher than some other plumbers, but I feel that the service we got was excellent and worth the price. This was his second visit to our house - I don't know the details of the first visit, but my husband was very satisfied with that as well.

Mark was clean, efficent and installed the enclosure exactly how I envisioned. I will continue to use him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Mark did the work quickly and efficiently and charged about one-third ($220) of the estimate ($607) we got from another big name company recommended on Angie's List. This other company wanted us to join their "club" for $100 to receive a small discount and get periodic checkups on our house's plumbing. Sounds like a way to find plumbing "problems" that need to be solved (maybe) on a regular basis. I'm glad I went with Mark instead, and I'd call him back in a flash for other plumbing needs. He's a one-man company and prefers small jobs.

Mark was excellent. He completed the work quickly and was very personable and reasonably priced. He charges a set rate per job which means no surprises on the cost. Since it was not an emergency had to wait a few days for an appointment but well worth it.

I was able to confirm a convenient time on short notice. Mark was punctual, polite and competent, and finished the job as well as could be expected.

Mark is the fairest and most excellent plumber I have used for service in my house. He has been to our house several times to do work and every time he comes, he is punctual, professional, reasonably-priced and he does an excellent job. I have never had a problem with his service or his prices. I can always count on him to fair and reliable.

Great. Believe it or not. Mark the master plumber appeared at my door in those blue booties that I associate with museums in some countries. No scuffed floors unlike any other plumber, he is ultra communicative, which helps. He explained why my old spout had corroded and gave me 2 possible estimates.

I have tried a number of different plumbers, including others with good ratings from Angies List, and I will always go back to Mark Coleman first for any future work. I got 3 quotes, all from Angies List plumbers-- well, actually 1 of them never called me back, and the 2nd finally sent in a quote after about 10 days, just after I went ahead and signed on with Mark for the work (Mark's price was slightly lower anyway). This is the only plumber I have ever dealt with who is up emailing at 9 pm-- you will have answers to any questions, and explanations of any issues that might arise, right away. Mark did a superb job of getting the permit, despite the fact that it turned out the sprinkler system had never been properly permitted in the first place-- he also took care of some new requirements imposed by county regulations, without increasing his quote. Mark was clean and quiet, he always brought and wore booties, he was completely professional and a pleasure to deal with, and absolutely reliable. Don't even bother with other plumbers, Mark is the best in my view.

Mark's service was exceptional. He arrived on time and was extremely patient in working with our building to shut down the hot water in the central line. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in working with our building's maintenance crew. Once the water was shut down, he was able to make the repair quickly. Mark double-checked his work and gave us a recommendation to fix our dry wall. His patience in working with our building's policies and procedures was outstanding and we will only work with Mark for future plumbing needs. I have been wanting to write this report for some time as I would highly recommend Mark. Plumbing issues are such a headache and it's great to work with a plumber who is efficient and sincere.

I had tiled my bathroom floor and needed a new toilet installed. Also, the bathtub faucet did not fit flush against the bathtub surface. I called Mark and he was able to come out in a few days on a date and at a time that were convenient for me. He arrived on time and wore shoe covers to protect my floors. He installed the toilet with no trouble and was able to provide me with a new faucet. He took all the boxes and other trash with him. He was friendly and professional. I have already recommended him to a friend and I will use his services again.

Mark was great -- we have a very old house and Mark was honest and upfront about explaining some of the challenges of dealing with old plumbing & pipes. The bathtub was barely draining at all and he got it draining fine using the least expensive option. Then he replaced 2 leaking pipes in the basement -- one was above some of the heating ductwork and he managed to figure out a way to get to the leaking pipe without us having to call a HVAC company to remove the duct work, which would have made the job much more costly. He was pleasant & friendly and did the work in a timely manner. We will definitely call him for our future plumbing work.

We just bought a house in need of extensive repair and upgrades. I'm using Angie's List to stream line the job of taking bids. On repairing our water leaks, I called Coleman Plumbing. Mark was on time, accurate in his estimate of both time and cost and a pro all the way through. So much so that I arranged for him to to additional work for me the folowing week. When it comes time for me to work on my bathrooms, I'll be calling Mark.

He's professional, honest, and from what I can tell so far, does good work. He's also patient and can troubleshoot when problems arise. Would hire him again.

Mark Coleman arrived on time. He put the boot cover to protect the floor. He listened to my decription of the problem, viewed the leaking area, and discussed the possible causes of the leak. He discussed pros/cons of different approaches and suggested a least expensive fix. He then fixed the issue within relatively short time. He also offered $20 off for first time Angie's list customer. Overall, Mr. Coleman is professional, honest and curteous. I would use him again for my plumbing need.

Mark showed up on-time, wearing booties to protect my floor, and with a smile. He introduced himself and handed me a card so that I knew he was who he said he was. What I wanted was help in overseeing how the filter should be replaced so that i could do it myself in the future. There were about seven steps to the job with boiling hot water, and water under pressure involved, so I wanted to be sure of what I was doing. Mark was terrific, he made sure I was going about it the right way, and then let me tackle it. As it was, there was a jammed valve and the filter housing wouldn't come loose, so i was glad he was there. At that point he helped me through the problems and gave me good suggestions to prevent leaks in the future. The price he charged was certainly very fair - he could have charged me twice as much - but he charged what he felt was right. I feel I have finally found the plumber I have ben looking for, and recommend him highly to any other Angie's list member.
