This is the second time I have used Mr. Coleman and he has done an excellent job both times. He arrives as scheduled, has a great attitude and gets the work done quickly and efficiently. He always explains what he is doing, and shows me the problem parts. Prices are reasonable and his attitude has been uniformly excellent. I look forward to using his services in the future. I would recommend him strongly to anyone who needs a plumber.

I e-mailed Mark Coleman about replacing a water heater that was at the end of its useful life. He responded very quickly. We traded e-mails about the heater that I currently had and what I was looking for in the replacement. Then he told me the cost and we scheduled the appointment. The replacement job went well. He answered all of the questions that I had and his clean-up after the job was very thorough . He was very easy to work with throughout the whole process and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for additional work.

He arrived punctually, examined the inside and outside wall, and diagnosed our trouble: Not a plumbing problem, but our garden hose was so deteriorated that it was spraying a small but steady stream onto our brick wall, and some of this was seeping through the mortar. His recommendation: Buy a new garden hose and hire a handyman to patch up the minor damage to our interior. Here's the amazing part of the story: He refused payment!!! He would not accept so much as a dime from us!! He very politely explained that he was confident we would think of him if another problem occurred. And he is right!!

We first emailed him for a generic price quote via email. Mark was very responsive and straightforward with his responses. When he came to the house to do his work, he walked me through what he was going to do and was very friendly. After the job was finished, he walked me again what he did, and also explained how to maintain the garbage disposal that he installed and also gave tips on what to do when the packingnut is a bit loose and water slowly starts to leak. Mark also noted that if we had any problems afterwards, he would come and quickly remedy the problem--although we did not have any problems. He was very personable and friendly throughout the process and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good, knowledgeable plumber.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Mark responded to my inquiry almost immediately with a quote for all the work and answered all questions as I thought of them over the next few days. He showed up right at the beginning of the window he provided and as he finished things, he walked me through the work and answered all my questions. I absolutely appreciated that he was straight forward with his pricing and timing. Other companies were giving me vague information: minimum base prices + quarter hour fees that don't include parts and running me around asking me to call a number to speak to someone else or otherwise jump through hoops...plumbing is expensive and contractors are full of surprises so I didn't want to deal with that. Mark is a straight shooter and I am definitely keeping his card for ALL other plumbing needs!

Everything went perfectly smoothly. Mark Coleman showed up right on time, he addressed the problem quickly and efficiently, and charged a reasonable rate. I'd definitely hire him again.

He arrived exactly on time. He has an air of professionalism, and his work was precise and competent. We did not feel he was "bidding up" the work or pushy in any was. He is pleasant and we are comfortable to call him for any future services.

He was difficult to book because he was busy, but that's usually a good sign & it was worth the wait. Was very responsive leading up to the appointment. Discovered the source of the problem, cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendation for someone to come repair the drywall after everything is dried out.

He was great and I will use him again. He was honest, responsive, and he did a good job.

Mark was scheduled to handle routine problems at our house: leaking tub, a second clogged tub, and an old/corroded outdoor water faucet. A few days before the appointment, we realized our icemaker line was spritzing water under the floorboards of our kitchen causing damage to the rooms below. Because we couldn't locate the shut off valve for the icemaker line, we had to turn off the water in our home to avoid further damage. Mark responded to the emergency call quickly. He replaced the line and added a new shut off valve in a much more obvious and easily accessible location. He also fixed both tubs and replaced the outdoor water faucet. I appreciated that Mark responded quickly. He explained what he was doing along the way and kept me informed as to the overall cost. He was very patient with my fairly uninformed questions, thorough and professional. It could not have been a better experience.

One of the toilets had been "repaired" by another plumber within the year prior and that toilet became rusted and started to leak through the floor to the ceiling of the room below. Mr. Coleman was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information to help make decision-making easier. He repaired everything very quickly and completely. I also appreciated the appointment-making process that he uses. His system is automated which makes everything easier for both his customers and him. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Coleman and would use his services again if needed.

Mark showed up on time, calling ahead to let me know he was on his way He looked at the work that was to be done and gave me an estimate. I accepted the estimate and he commenced work. After snaking the kitchen sink and installing the new garbage disposal, we found out the disposal was damaged. He left it in so we could use it over the weekend and came back on Monday to install a new one and complete the work. He was extremely professional and very friendly and we will be using him for additional work (extensive renovation of bathrooms)

I left a message for Mark Coleman on Monday morning. Within 20 minutes he called me back. I explained the problem to him and, since it wasn't an emergency, he agreed to come on Wednesday between 12 and 2 PM. He gave me a very rough estimate for the repair. He told me it would probably be between $200 and $250, but he warned it could be more if it wasn't a straightforward valve replacement. He was extremely professional and courteous. Mark arrived exactly on-time and was extremely professional and courteous. He wore shoe coverings to ensure he didn't track anything into the house. He asked me to show him where the valve was. He explained that he would need to turn off the main water to the house for 60 to 90 minutes. After getting my OK, he went outside to get his tools and turn off the water. He then asked my permission to open all the faucets in the house to empty the pipes, which we did. He replaced the valve very quickly - in less than an hour I think. He told me he was done and would turn the water back on, which he did. I asked if he preferred a check or credit card and he said a check was fine. I asked him how much and it was at the low-end of his original estimate - $210 minus the Angie's List discount of $20. After he completed the paperwork, I made out the check. His professionalism, courtesy and communication made me feel extremely comfortable with him. I like that he explained what he would be doing every step of the way. We highly recommend him!

Mark came over to clean and seal my sewage ejector wells and install an alarm under the lids so that we'd know if there was ever an impending backup, and all for a super reasonable price. Unfortunately, due to my well lids being totally rusted and out of shape, he wasn't able to install the alarm, so instead, he sealed the wells, refused payment, and sent me an e-mail with possible solutions to the problem. What a classy and honest professional. A++ all around. He's your plumber, you CAN'T go wrong!

The guy is good. He located and found where it was leaking. He showed up when he said he was going to. He appeared to be more interested in solving the problem than selling me additional services. His prices were fair. He was easy to deal with. He should disclose the warranty. Overall, he was very professional.

I called Mark Coleman during the weekend and he returned my call Monday morning. We arranged for him to come on Wednesday to diagnose a leak causing damage to my garage ceiling. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired the toilet causing the leak in about an hour. Mark also explained what had happened and how to proceed after he finished the repair.

Mark responded very quickly to email and phone calls. He is was punctual, flexible, very knowledgable and professional. The price and service was excellent.

Mark was very, very good. He was reasonable and easy to work with.

Mark was very professional, on time and worked to make sure every thing was working and with no water drips from either faucet. Price was right where I thought it would be. I would hire Mark (Coleman's Plumbing, Inc) again for any plumbing needs I have. I have already told family and friends about my new plumber.

I called Mr. Coleman to ask if he could come out to take a look at the issues we were having, and he responded with a voicemail asking me to explain the issues in an email, as well as to send pictures. In my response, I mentioned that I would be purchasing a faucet myself, and that I just needed him to install it, and he informed me that he does not install fixtures that he does not provide, sending me a link to the Kohler website suggesting that I pick one out. I did so, and did a quick price check online, finding pricing over $100 less almost everywhere. When I asked if he would price match, he refused, insisting that he only sold fixtures at retail pricing. At this point, after his refusal to come see the issues, and with his non-competitive pricing, I gave up on hiring Mr. Coleman.

Everything went fine. He was very professional. He was very upfront and honest. I would use this company in the future if I have a problem.

Mark was extremely pleasant and professional. He was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Also, Mark was very respectful of my home--he put on booties before entering the house and cleaned up the shower after working on it.

We bought an older home with galvanized steel pipes which have frequent plumbing problems. Our kitchen drain was continually backed up, despite snaking procedures and prohibiting use of the garbage disposal. We called Mark to take a look at it and he recommended re-piping the kitchen drain in our case. We trusted Mark's sound advise and went ahead with re-piping. Mark did a fabulous job cutting out the old piping and replacing it with new two inch PVC. He even took the time to design an elaborate piping system in the basement to re-route the drain to a different main line. My husband was truly impressed with how intelligent Mark was and the great care and consideration that he took to run the piping above a door and below two windows in the basement. He was polite, on time, and professional.

We got Coleman's from Angie's List. We had water on the floor in our living room, kitchen and foyer and did not know where it was coming from. Coleman's came out and found we had a leak from a pipe behind the cabinets. The pipe had eroded. It took some investigation. He was very professional and just knew what to do. I wasn't sure who's responsibility it was to fix the leak, ours or the condo association. He gave us some advice and even spoke with the condo engineer. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He did not charge me extra for the time he spent in conversation regarding the responsibility of the leak.

The faucet we provided as a replacement to our old kitchen sink faucet did not fit & required additional fitting. Mr. Coleman was very gracious about the poor fit of the new faucet & easily remedy the situation. He was knowledgeable, efficient and gave us a fair price on the work he completed. We would highly recommend Mr. Coleman to anyone.
