Mark is a consummate professional. Through his preferred email, he is extremely responsive. We agreed on a date and he arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. His prices are very reasonable. He is extremely personable. I would highly recommend him. This is the second time I have used his services. I won’t call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Mark was great. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, he is very responsive via email (the best way to get a hold of him). Mark was punctual, clean (I appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes), and pleasant. He explained the problem to me and fixed it with ease. I also believe he's very reasonably priced. Mark arrived on time and with all the parts he needed to replace the outdoor hose bib (spigot). He was very time efficient, and cleaned up after the project. The repair works perfectly now. We will use Mark again and will recommend him to our neighbors.

Mark provided a reasonable time window and arrived within the time provided. He looked at the work to be done, asked questions and ensured he knew where the master shut off was prior to beginning work. He entered the premises wearing covers over his shoes and removed and replaced them each time he exited and entered the property. Mark provided a detailed description of what he found as he disconnected the toilet as well as what he did to install the new toilet and shut off valve. He made sure that i understood the work he was doing and why. Mark was not only professional, but had a pleasant, positive demeanor. Mark completed the work timely and unrushed, testing everything to ensure proper operation. All in all, a superb experience on all fronts.

I have been dealing with AHS service on an issue since DECEMBER 2017 - the yahoos sent out were useless. I reached out to Mark who was able to fix my issue with superb service and SKILL! I am still working with my home warranty service on getting back the money I paid, but Mark came under budget over the 10 estimates I had to provide to AHS, but more than that - he did the job with skill that none of the other plumbers said was possible! SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!

Had a problem with the bowl of my toilet not filling. Mark replaced a water flow valve and a small hose. The price was very reasonable and it only took about 15 minutes. Its good to have someone on speed dial nearby who is reliable and does quality work. Its also important to me that he can diagnose most problems via pictures/email, because I don't want to take off work twice to have him diagnose and then fix the problem. He has been able to do all of my jobs same day and already has the part by the time he shows up. A++

Coleman Plumbing is a one man plumbing company and I am providing this review based on my latest experience on Mark's work ethics, technical capability, punctuality, integrity and trustworthiness - and he excels in all. Being a registered mechanical engineer myself, I can tell you that communicating with Mark and observing him has demonstrated to me that he is really on top of his technical skills, otherwise I would have never hired him again. I had a great experience a few years ago and happy to say that he has only gotten better. Also, I think the fact that everything was done electronically is very efficient, where I found his estimate for the job reasonable and competitive . I don't think you want to select the absolute cheapest plumber - you get what you pay for!

..but I like contractors to visit me, talk with me about the job, see the issue, and then give me a quote. Coleman was responsive, but wanted me to send him pictures. I got the impression he's not interested in the work and his asking for pictures is to determine if it's worth his time. Seemed like I was doing most of the work in the estimating process, especially given the quote to replace a faucet ($250-$300).

I needed to move a stuck and inaccessible main shut-off valve from deep in an old 1950's crawlspace to the main level where it could accessed in a emergency. I had several plumbers scope out the job. One wanted to just replace the valve in place which left it still inaccessible. The other want to re-route the pipe 40 feet which maybe have worked but was very costly. Mark showed up and realized that the main valve was directly below the bathroom and it could re-located there at 1/2 the price. Not only was he thinking straight, his work was the level of a craftsman and he was polite, friendly, and even sprayed the floors to clean up afterwards. His receipts come electronically and he quotes ahead of time rather than giving you a gray window of price-range (which, for other plumbers I've used, always end up the highest). I would definitely hire him again, a true professional.

Mark Coleman arrived within the time window he provided. He was efficient and professional. I have used Mark before and I will use him again. His price for the water heater installed and the old one removed was competitive with another firm with whom I discussed the job.

I contracted with Mark Coleman to replace my 18 year old 50 gallon gas water heater, replace the water valve, install an expansion tank and CO detector ($1,650). He also connected copper lines from a new basement bath to existing piping ($400). Mark arrived on time, did a great job with the installation, removed the old water heater and cleaned up the area nicely. However, once the water had time to heat-up we noticed that the water temp was hot initially then became lukewarm. I discussed with Mark who assured me that it was not the new water heater. He came back out to check out the situation and sure enough he was right. The cartridge for the shower diverter in the new bathroom was not installed and as soon as we shut off the water lines to the new bathroom the problem was solved. Despite the problem being my fault, Mark did not charge me for the return trip.

I was very pleased on all accounts. I spoke directly to Mark. He asked only a half hour window of time flexibility for the appointment and gave me the price of the job in advance. He arrived on time with booties on (overkill for my house, but I appreciated the effort). He performed the job quietly, showed me the results, and explained some plumbing issues. Mark was also a pleasant person to speak with and have around.

Mark is great. He is very friendly and considerate of your house (he makes sure to put slippers over his shoes when he enters the house). He looks for ways to make the job as economical as possible. For example, I asked him to replace the outdoor hose bib. When he arrived he was able to fix the existing hose bib with just a little adjustment and avoided the need for a new hose bib. I also like that I can send him pictures of the job so that he can arrive with the proper parts to fix the problem. Other service providers I have used sometimes require two appointments, one to diagnose the problem and a second to return with the proper parts to fix the problem.

Mark did a fantastic job. He was incredibly responsive and the price was very reasonable. He is extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him over any other plumber and look forward to calling him if we have any future plumbing needs.
