We chose Mark because he was close to us and because emailing him was an option. He responded very quickly and I was able to send him pictures of items we needed done to sell our house. He replied with pricing and we agreed to proceed. He was on time on the day of the appointment and wore booties which was nice, got right to work and finished very quickly. We were so impressed we hired him again after we moved into our new place where he replaced toilets, faucets and water heater. Mark not only replies to email very quickly but he also uses iPad for invoicing and emails receipts while on site. We could not be happier.

I selected Coleman's plumbing because of good reviews on Angie's list and because he offered a coupon. i initially sent him an e-mil describing the problem with the part that was wearing out in my Toto toilet. Mark responded immediately and we set a date for him to come. He came when he said he would and replaced the part. He showed us the other parts in the toilet that were the same age and would probably soon wear out and asked if we would like them replaced. We agreed. He quickly replaced all the worn parts and provided me with paperwork regarding the fact that his services for the toilet parts replacement would be guarenteed for a year. I also liked the fact that Mark wore covers on his shoes when in the house. Although Coleman's is a bit pricey, we hired Coleman's again a month later when another toilet developed a problem.

He was very responsive and efficient. I liked the fact that everything is online. He can send the email right away from his Ipad and we can confirm it. You can change appointments as needed.

Mark responded quickly, made recommendations for the replacement pump based on my system and set up an appointment quickly. He arrived as promised with the replacement pump, completed the job and cleaned up after himself. Great experience

My first experience with Mr. Coleman was at my rental house. He repaired a leak from the bathtub seal and was honest about the cause and the repair...and extremely reasonably priced. Due to his honesty, we called him again for a sink repair. He told me why it was leaking even after the other major plumbing company had declared it "fixed." He proceeded to fix it...really, and then installed a new faucet. He also cleared a 1950's bathtub drain that had been damaged by another plumber. Mr. Coleman told us in advance that he might not be able to clear the broken stopper from the drain, but he was able to do it. I will continue to use Mr Coleman and the other truly honest, competent and reliable professionals I have found.

Was a small leak which slowly got worse. Scheduled my appt, Mark called and happened to be in the area and was available sooner. He was there an hour early, gave me a solid estimate, and got to work. He was done and out the door within the hour, before the original scheduled appt time. I would absolutely recommend him.

He came out very quickly, which I appreciated because I had company coming over. One thing I found surprising is that he declined to install any parts that he did not provide himself because he couldn't guarantee the quality of the part, which afterwards I understood why he did so. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time just because I do have special medical needs and require certain features on plumbing fixtures. He did a great job when he came - he cleaned up and had the faucet running in no time at all.

I cannot recommend Mark Coleman enough! All my plumbing problems were addressed, fixed, replaced, etc. timely and when he finished you would have never known he was there. Everything was clean unlike the way many workers leave things when they are finished. He may seem a little on the expensive side but as the saying goes, "You truly get what you pay for"

I had screeching water pipes in the hall bathtub every time the water was turned on and a leak in the tub faucet. Th-ere was also a leak in the shut-off valve on the commode. The water pipes he had to repair were inside the shower wall so Mark had to access the pipes through the wall in the adjoining bath. He had to removed the sink and cabinet and cut into the wall to access the pipes. Since the old cabinet and sink had to be removed, I had him update what I had and asked him to select an appropriate cabinet, sink and faucet that would fit into my small space. Everything is beautiful in the master bath. The water pipes in the hall bath don't scream at me anymore and the new fixtures in the tub are beautiful. This is the second time I have used Mark Coleman Plumbing and I am very satisfied with his work.

Mark was very flexible with scheduling the appointment. We had a lot of back and forth with my schedule, but he was patient and found a time that worked. He quickly assessed the situation, told me what he wanted to do get it right, cleaned up after he was done and explained what he done after the job. Efficient, effective and friendly.

Very responsive to questions concerning warranty work and overall great communication with regards to the overall job itself. Showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up everything. Will be calling him again the next time I need a plumber !

Mark installed the water heater with a helper. He did a very neat, thorough job and even included some items that were not required by code. (ie: thermal expansion tank) He is very knowledgeable and always explains what he is doing. I am very happy with the water heater and am extremely happy that I have a competent plumber to advise me and complete all necessary work. I believe that Mark wants to do the best possible job and he attends to every detail.

Mr. Coleman is friendly, professional and knows his plumbing. Words cannot express how happy I am with his work. . Mr. Coleman did a great job on all three repair jobs. The first two, the leaking toilet and the leaking sink faucet whose stopper would not move up and down, had been addressed by other lesser plumbers who had failed to fix the problem. The re-seating of the toilet was hard because the flange or whatever it is called, between the drain pipe and the toilet had to be changed so the toilet could sit properly. Others had reseated the toilet without replacing this part which did not work. The faucet needed to be upgraded. He had everything with him on the truck and finished the three jobs efficiently with no drama, explaining everything well. I feel I got real quality for the dollars spent with Coleman

Mark was awesome - he responded to me almost immediately by email and then came by to see what the issue was. As it turned out it was not a real plumbing issue (the breaker was tripped on our hot water heater) but he was so nice about it. I offered to pay him something for his time but he said no. This professionalism and goodwill is what will make me call him next time when I have a real plumbing issue!!!! Thanks mark!!!!!!

When contacted, Mark responded promptly and suggested particular replacement fixtures. He supplied a link to pictures of the faucets and quoted the price. He was then engaged to do the work. As was the case with our prior, first experience with him, he arrived precisely on-time as arranged via email. He did the work quickly, competently and neatly. He provided "color" as he worked, explaining some of the details. This is one special guy: smart, affable, knowledgeable about his trade but also about the world around him. Indeed, while twisting his wrench, he made an off-handed comment about the previous day's business news and opined about how it might affect the price of a particular stock on the NYSE. Sure enough, while he was still in the house, the market opened, and that stock started trading down by exactly the amount Mark had estimated. Though I am not looking to him for financial advice, I do have one regret: that he concentrates on plumbing services and does not hold himself out as an electrician, stone mason, carpenter or other types of tradesman that homeowners require. If that were the case, he would be one stop shopping for this customer. I don't wish for additional plumbing repairs, but if they are required, I will look forward to his next visit.

Mark emailed back and forth with me several times. I sent pictures of the work needed and he was able to give me an estimate via email. We worked together to pick a time that worked for both of us and I was pretty short on time, because I had an appliance coming. He was very clean, courteous and reponsive. He made sure water did not spill on the floor, draped cloths over the work area, and wore shoe covers. Its been about two weeks and I havent seen any problems with his work. I am very pleased with the work, but as with most things these days, I would have preferred a lower price. That said, I did not get other estimates to compare and I am happy that I chose Coleman plumbing and would choose him again.

Mr. Coleman arrived punctually. Explained what and how he was going to do the things requested and proceeded to do the repairs. The job was completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

Start to finish, Mark was prompt, professional, and honest. We are very happy with the fixtures he chose and the work he performed. Would absolutely recommend his services in the future.

Coleman's Plumbing sent out a very nice man. He seemed to know about plumbing. We had no complaints. As it turned out it was a very simple problem.

Mark is very knowledgeable. I was looking for a solution for a sink idea in my garden. Mark researched and got back to me with a very clever and simple solution which was much cheaper than I imagined. If you have tricky plumbing situations, Mark is definitely the person for the job. He will be the first person I call for all our future plumbing needs.

Mark was punctual, polite, and professional. I appreciate that he wore booties without being asked. His services will definitely be used in the future.

This is the second time I have used Mark for a plumbing work. This job was at my mother's house where her sump pump in the basement failed and a valve on one of the main water pipe was leaking. Mark came out on time on the service date and was very thorough. He again does not try to sell you more than you need just to make the job bigger and does what is necessary to get the job done. I appreciatel this kind of integrity on a service provider. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get him quickly because he is in high demand.
