From the onset, Mark was very prompt and professional. He was able to provide an estimate and discuss service options via phone and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. This was very helpful to a first-time homeowner as I can now better understand the overall functionality of the plumbing system. In completing the work, Mark was thorough and careful too disturb as little as possible in accessing the different problem areas. Ultimately, everything was very efficient and well-performed and I will definitely continue to rely on Mark for any plumbing needs in the future.

Mark Coleman communicates electronically and promptly, he scheduled the visit within a easonable period after my call, he was prompt, and his work was professional and efficient. For a plumber, it was a standard repair, but I was pleased. I will cal him again.

Mark responded immediately to an email inquiry and has been excellent at responding to further communications. What appeared to me to be a simple repair turned out to be six separate leaks caused by failure to drain lines and then freezing in winter (won't make that mistake again). Mark arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment and wasted no time in his work. All repairs were made as requested and tested for integrity. Work site was cleaned up to like-new condition. This was perhaps the best experience I have ever had with a plumber and I would definitively use Mark again.

I communicated with Coleman's Plumbing via e-mail giving him information on what I thought would help him understand my situation. Mr. Coleman arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He explained my options and the price of a new garbage disposal since the blades had been broken. Within 25 mintues the installation of an insulated garbage disposal was done and the kitchen sink was draining properly. The invoice and completed workorder were e-mailed. Mr. Coleman left the manufactuer's warranty papers with me after explaining how I should actually use the garbage disposal.

Mark arrived when he said he would (actually 10 minutes early). He performed the repair quickly and neatly. I will definitely call him again.

I found Coleman's Plumbing on Angie's List and contacted Mark regarding snaking several drains and repairing a toilet supply line. That work was done quickly and very well. When I needed my hot water heater replaced I contacted him and we discussed various sizes, agreeing on a size that would fit even though it was very large and required some extra work. He removed our 20 year old heater, moved in the new larger heater and installed, all within 4 hours and for a very reasonable price. He gives estimates and in my experience his estimates are always accurate; there are no hidden surprises. He's accommodating and pleasant and I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and will use him again. Wish there were an A+ grade!

The tank on my toilet was suddenly leaking, so I needed urgent help. Mark Coleman responded promptly to my call. I was very impressed with his professional presentation and approach to scheduling. Although he actually met my housemate rather than me, he called me several times to update me on the status of the job and to get my approval for other needed repairs. He was always clear about what was needed and why. When I got home from work, I found that the toilet looked better and functioned FAR better than it ever has since I have lived in this house. He was worth every penny and more. I am so grateful to Mr. Coleman and Angie's List.

Mark was punctual, pleasant, and best of all, fair and efficient. Most plumbers charge up to $180 just to show up. He made the estimate, fixed the faucet, and was finished in under an hour. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The day after closing on our house, Mark showed up at 8am sharp to help with urgent plumbing needs like fixing the leaking 2nd floor bath fixtures that were causing damage, as well as the 1st floor bathroom toilet. We were moving in soon after closing even though the whole house was being remodeled from top to bottom, so Mark's assistance was key to making the space livable during that time. He is calm, good-natured, and is a very honest worker. We wanted to continue working with him but our general contractor had his own master plumber and Mark didn't want to get in the middle. We appreciated his honesty and his timeliness. He is also a very talented plumber - what he was able to do to fix our old sink was fantastic.

Mark did a great job fixing several slow drains and other small plumbing issues for me. I'm preparing my house for sale and wanted to make sure everything was in good working condition. He was prompt, polite, and fixed everything and I am very pleased with his service and his professionalism.

Coleman was very personable and knowledgeable. I was impressed with his thoroughness -- looking up the specs for the faucet online before coming to my house. He called to say that he could arrive earlier than scheduled and wanted to find out if I was home. I told him to come over. The reason I have not rated him "Excellent" on price is because he said that he was charging me $60 only because he was already in the neighborhood. Otherwise, that repair job would have cost $120. In my opinion, $120 for a 10-15 minute repair such as mine puts him out of the "Excellent" price category.

Mark is an absolute professional in every aspect of the process.Email responses were prompt and truly effective. All my questions were diligently answered. Mark arrived at our house with the Shoe cover booties which is a big plus for us. The heater replacement was very smooth and mark did his magic when i was upstairs. The job area was absolutely spotless after the installation. Very impressed. He is now our dedicated go-to-guy for all our plumbing needs.

Second time using Mark. He's efficient, professional, friendly and always walks you through what he is doing and explains everything. Always fields questions and offers helpful insights and advice where he can. Not the cheapest, I don't think, but really worth the money. I'll definitely keep using him.

I had a leak in my master bath shower which had gone into the wall and then into the carpet in an adjoining room. After investigating the problem, Mark stated that he would NOT need to remove dry wall behind the shower (in the adjoining room) in order to complete the repair. This was wonderful news and obviously saved time and money. He explained that the original work had not been performed properly but that he would make the necessary repairs in the proper fashion and stop the leak. The work was completed quickly and properly. I am so grateful for his services and HIGHLY recommend him.

Love working with Mark, he always fully explains what he is doing, what the options are, and if not too complicated, how I might do it myself. His work is always high quality and what he fixes, stays fixed.

There were a bunch of emails back and forth between myself, my husband and Mark prior to service, so I knew he was highly professional and responsive. I can also tell through his emails that quality was of great concern to him as he does not even install fixtures that he finds to be subpar (Delta, American Standard, Moen). A little bit of a bummer for a regular joe like me who was a bit enamored with the Delta touch faucet. He showed up on time the morning of our service. I walked him throughout the problem areas that were noted on the report and he was able to quickly ascertain which things he could fix immediately, which he needed to come back for as well as things that he would recommend other specialists to complete. Mark was very quick in his work and walked me through his process for each of the items he worked on. He made recommendations for alternatives to issues we ran into and sent a quick follow up email for some faucets he felt we could get free replacements for from Kohler & Grohe. Overall, highly professional and quality driven. Definitely recommended. A bit of a ding on the pricing simply because it seemed awfully expensive for just a couple of hours of work and I can't tell if that is a fair price of not because of my limited exposure with plumbing specialists.

They were responsive to all questions and were easy to deal with. One thing I like about them is that they are up to date with technology and communication. He prefers to deal via e-mail which is convenient for me and keeps a paper trail of our conversations. He is very knowledgeable about the products and how they work. The installation went smoothly.

Of the five plumbing services we've hired since moving to this area in 2006, Mark is the best by far. He replaced the two original bathroom sinks, faucets and fittings in our 70 year- old Cape Cod and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Mark was punctual, professional, tidy, and spot-on accurate with his estimate. He explained exactly what he was going to do and when he discovered that one of the new faucets was slightly scratched, he left promptly to get a replacement. He even took the old sinks away for us. On top of everything else the bill for his services was over $1,000 less than the estimate we received from a prominent plumbing firm.

I have contacted Coleman plumbing on two separate occassions for different jobs. He has wonderful reviews on Angie's List and a great coupon too. He is a one man operation and recommends that people email him. We did email him. He responded right away with an estimate of $150 for snaking one drain.. However, both times that we contacted him, he was backed up with work and could not schedule us within a week. In fact the first time, he was not available for a month. I would not call him for anything urgent based on my experience, however, I might contact him again if the job was something that was not a rush.

I was very please with my service. It's hard to find a plumber to be so efficient and get the job done when needed. I would definitely recommend Mark to any of my friends.

Told me he would e-mail me with an estimate, but never got back to me. I waited over a week, then contacted another company and got the ordeal over with in less than 48 hours. Also, Mark seemed rushed, didn't take the time to explain the work he was going to be doing and address my concerns.
