AWESOME times 100!! Mr. Coleman has done it again. I contacted him by email regarding an estimate to replace my hot water heater that we spoke about when he did repairs last October. He responded immediately, along with honoring the price we spoke about when I originally asked for an estimate for the job. Mr. Coleman arrived early and wore the footies to protect the carpet along with laying down additional cloth to protect the carpet once he removed the hot water heater. He explained everything he was going to do before starting the work. He replaced the hot water heater in short amount of time. Mr. Coleman is friendly, professional, and definitely knows his plumbing. Again, I will say words cannot express how pleased I am with Mr. Coleman and his work. I will definitely recommend Mr. Coleman to everyone. I will continue to use Mr. Coleman for all of my plumbing projects.

Was finished within 30 min. Bill was $180. He said that as the house ages, we should expect more pinhole leaks. He's quick, efficient, and very polite.

Came home to find that upstairs toilet leaked into the basement whenit was flushed. Found Coleman's plumbing on Angie's List, and was able to set up an appointment via the web. Mark replied quickly with an available time slot. He arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem. He was efficent and careful. Problem is fixed.

Mark was able to respond very quickly. He arrived as promised and did an excellent, no-nonsense, professional job. Communication via email was really easy. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Mr. Coleman called and asked if he could arrive a few minutes early which was great. He was very honest and provided me with excellent service. After he completed the job he completely cleaned up the area which was a disaster due to the pipes and gunk inside them (not due to him). He was done in the estimated time frame and provided me his card just in case I had any questions later or a conern came up about his work. *When I called him it was due to the reviews on Angie's List. Mr. Coleman could have charged me more and could have just snaked the pipes since that is what I called for. He was hones and provided me an estimate to change the pipes due to the severe clog throughout the pipe. The change of pipes only cost me a couple hundred dollars more than what the snaking would have cost. I was extremely worried since my husband is currently deployed and I worried that someone would take advantage of the sitaution and charge me more. Mr. Coleman provided me the two estimates, explained what he thought was best, and allowed me to make the decision. I am completely thrilled with the work he did and the price! It is the first time since we moved into our house that the shower and sink drain without pooling water. Excellent service, courteous, honest, and great price!

Mark prepared for his visit by requesting an email photo of the faucet in question. Although he found a more serious issue when he accessed the valves, he managed to avoid a more expensive replacement with a creative fix, saving us several hundred dollars.

Great experience!! Mark and I emailed back and forth before he came, discussing options. He emailed me photos of the replacement taps and found me the nicer (non-plastic, polished chrome) set that I wanted. At my request he selected two shower water filters also. He showed up exactly on time, was personable and professional. He explained in advance everything he was going to do, unwrapped all the parts and showed them to me before installing them, and asked all questions about how I wanted things to look. He totally cleaned everything up after he finished. Highly recommend--he's my new plumber. I vastly prefer dealing with a sole proprietor over a larger company where you never know who will show up when you call. I have a lot of confidence in Mark and will be using him again.

Mark, the owner, did a great job! He did all the estimates online just through email and gave me a set price. We scheduled a day for the work. He didn’t call prior to and showed up exactly when he said he would. He completed the job in the same day at the set price. He also honored his Angie's List coupon. It went very well.

Mr. Coleman was extremely responsive emailing us back the night we discovered the leak . He came the next day, replaced a valve and repaired the pipe. He was thorough, fast, professional, and courteous.

We did the estimate and the fact finding over the internet which was very efficient. Mark came exactly when scheduled, finished the install as planned and cleaned up and took away the old water heater. No price add ons. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. Absolutely fantastic. I have had very good experiences with another local plumbing outfit who for some reason had difficulty dealing with my having a large set of services to request, which they told me to write up as an email (and still, to this day, have not gotten back to me about the request despite multiple emailings). We had just settled on a new house and had a laundry list of items to take care of before moving in. I turned to Coleman's Plumbing, as I have previously been impressed with the Angie's List reputation, and have a new favorite plumber. One of the great things about dealing with Mark is that he is exceedingly responsive - you can contact him via email and he will get back to you immediately, which to me was great after the multiple dealings with a plumbing company where no one returned any of my emails (after they told me to email them!!!) So just in getting the work lined up, Mark was absolutely great to deal with. The plumbing work was similarly excellent: Mark showed up right on time and set to work on the many concurrent projects with gusto and a real sense of pride in his work. As a result - we have no more leaks (gas or water), an excellent new toilet, and some nice new fixtures (as opposed to some old 1974-builder grade stuff!) There was no upsell; no gouging - just exactly what you want when you deal with a plumber: someone who tells you what is wrong, what really needs to be fixed, and does it quickly and professionally. And is pleasant to boot! You really cannot ask for anything more. (And his knowledge of the equity markets is stellar, as a previous commenter noted). Mark is so good, we're having him back later this week to put in a gas line for a new range and we will probably be utilizing his services for years to come. One never expects to have a pleasant experience with a plumber, but Mark is a breath of fresh air. It is nice to deal with someone who is articulate AND a truly excellent plumber. I contacted Coleman's to clear our bathtub drain and repair our toilet which was getting stuck so it would constantly run. The toilet is an old low-flow Kohler and I had replaced the flapper part 2 years earlier which proved to be a nearly impossible piece to find. Mark was very honest, telling me it would cost almost as much to repair the lavatory as it would be to completely replace it. This was not a surprise since I tried to find a replacement valve a few years ago, which was incredibly expensive and hard to find. So we elected to replace the toilet entirely and Mark installed a new low-flow Kohler the next day. It works great and I am glad I didn't have to throw more money into an old toilet. He installed it quickly and neatly, cleaning up everything with no mess.

Exceptional service. First of all, Mark's quote was $1000 less than other quote I received. That's just about 50%. It was a no brainer. He was on time, finished the work early, SHOWED me what he was doing as he did it, and installed the stove for me even though we hadn't previously discussed doing so!! I'll leave out that we also had some very interesting conversations on subjects other than plumbing... but it just speaks to Mark's amiable personality! Start to finish, a fantastic experience. When was the last time you felt the desire to add gratuity to a service call like this?!!? I did.
