The serviceman arrived on time. There were significant calcium deposits that needed a special machine to clear. . Afterwards I had a couple of informaitonal questions which he was glad to answer at no charge. I was happy with the service.

I e-mailed Mark photos of my leaking faucets and shower-head, and within minutes he e-mailed me the estimate. He asked me whether I wanted to replace the waste & overflow trim, and I answered in the affirmative. Another Angie's List plumber had told me that, in order to replace the faucets and shower-head, he had to remove parts of the wall. I was quite concerned about this. I mentioned it to Mark, and he assured me that he could replace the faucets and shower-head without damaging the wall. And he did it! He brought the Kohler set of faucets, shower-head, and waste & overflow trim, worked very hard for 2 hours, without damaging any part of the wall, and now I have a beautiful bathroom! Mark is a superb plumber. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. I highly recommend him, and will definitely hire him again in the future.

I called him and he arrived the same day. Replaced the inner workings of the toilet in less than a half hour.

Our old tank started leaking on a Monday night. I emailed Mark at 8:30 PM and he responded just a few minutes later and asked for pictures. By 10:00 PM I had a full explanation of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Mark ordered the replacement tank the next day and arranged for delivery. The next day he installed the new hot water tank, made all of the necessary repairs to the flue pipe, and installed the new expansion tank. We were up and running with hot water on Wednesday with a much new (and safer) hot water system. We are completely satisfied and happy with the work.

He (Ball) was there on time, very punctual and did not waste time figuring out the source of the leak. He changed the necessary item and leak was gone. Whole thing was done in about an hour.

We had a new toilet that had been improperly installed by a contractor. He removed toilet, repaired pipe toilet connects to, and reinstalled toilet. It was not a simple job. We have used Coleman Plumbing often, and trust them completely.

Mark is great. He is very responsive. His service is excellent. He's very professional. I feel like I got a reasonable price from him. He's very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Because the sink was so plugged up he suggested a company with larger equiptment and did not charge me almost unheard of in today's world

Mark was outstanding as usual. We had been communicating for a week prior to the appointment about the details of the work we needed. He asked us to send pictures so he could get a better sense of the job scope. He was very prompt returning our emails and very friendly. Our kitchen sink faucet was leaking and he suggested a much nicer replacement as opposed to just fixing the leak. We are very pleased with our new faucet; it is beautiful and functional. The toilet tank in the basement was leaking onto the floor so he replaced the parts with plumber grade, so it would not have to be replaced as often. Our garage hose bib had been improperly installed and had come loose from the drywall. Mark took out the drywall and installed new plywood to reinforce the hose bib anchors. He then replaced the drywall and installed the new hose bib. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing in detail. He is definitely our go-to plumber.

They were fabulous. He was prompt and did what he was supposed to do. He was reasonable and cleaned up after himself.

From beginning to end, excellent performance, service and communication. Mark is exceptionally professional. He He gave me an estimate before hand, ordered the heaters for the desired day, communicated with me consistently before and after the job. He arranged for the permits and checked to make sure that everything went well in the inspection. The city inspector commented that he was very pleased with the job and commended specific aspects of the installation. Mark made an appointment with me just in case the inspector might want an adjustment and even though the inspector praised the work, Mark came and repaired a poor job completed by another plumber. Service does not get any better than this.

I sent Mark an email Monday night explaining my problem (leaking shutoff valve for outside spigot) and asked for help. He replied Tuesday (we exchanged some email, including a picture from me) and he arrived Wednesday morning (within the time frame he had indicated). Once the water was shut off, he resolved the problem and replaced my leaking valve with a brand new ball valve shutoff. No mess, no issues, very quick. And, I should mention, we lost power that morning so he did it all with his own battery lamps! Very pleasant fellow and completely professional. I enjoyed meeting and talking with him. A great guy. He is now my plumber for everything going forward. My review is completely 100% positive, and I am not an easy guy to please.

This is the second time we've used Mark. We thought he did a great job the first time and when this problem arose we called him again. What I liked was that he was punctual, smart and a very good communicator - he gave me clear instructions on how to properly operate certain plumbing items in the future and what to do if certain bad things happen. We would call him again. Finally, I thought his fees were fair and clearly defined.

I sent him an email late last night. Got an answer back that he can be there in the morning. He was on time, professional, prepared, friendly, clean cut, fast, competent. I've used Mark at least twice before over the last 2 years for leaks under sinks and malfunctioning toilets. He's been very consistent with his service, which is excellent. He also uses technology so that he can come prepared. So I've sent him pictures of the problems before he comes over so he can come prepared with parts and better estimate his time. He's really super.

This was a pleasure. I contacted Coleman Plumbing by phone and Mark said he was easiest to reach by email. He asked for a picture of the shower controls which we sent. It seemed that it was getting better so it was several months before we contacted him again. He remembered our case, asked where we lived, and came out the following day since he was going to be in the area. He scheduled us between 9 and noon and was here around 9:30. He was very professional. Had the part in his truck. Turned off the water, changed the part, turned the water back on, checked it and was on his way. Just a nice honest guy. Gave us the Angie's List discount without having been asked.

They are very professional and I really like Mark's craftsmanship. He pays attention to the details on everything that he does. He also has reasonable prices.

Don is prompt, professional and personable. He's trustworthy and honest. If he can't a job, he will tell you. He always an honest estimate up front. His work is great.

The whole experience with Mr. Coleman was very satisfactory. It was much less bothersome and surprisingly quicker than I expected to get the leaking faucet problem fixed.

Mark came out to evaluate one blocked and one leaky toilet. He was unable to unblock the one toilet but referred me to a "specialist." He repaired the second toilet, replacing the innards as well as the inflow tubing. The specialist provided poor service and an enormous estimate. I gave Mark feedback and he said he would no longer use them. I used Roto Rooter and they were great!

Mark checked everything out, advised on what was needed (or not, in one case), ordered supplies and turned up right on time. It was all takencare of in two prompt visits.We were very happy and would use him again without hesitation.

Contacted company through Angie's list messages requesting a quote for whole-house plumbing renovation. They never responded.

Perfect. Have used Mark before and will only have Mark for plumbing repairs.
