Excellent. Very responsive on e-mail, text, phone. Always arrived on time. Explained problems clearly, how to fix and the proposed cost upfront. Quality work, professional, and super efficient. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. He is my "go-to" plumber here on out.

I contacted Mark by phone to inquire about a small leak in a pipe in our family room. He called back very quickly. We then exchanged email messages so that I could share photos of the work I needed to have done. His communication is prompt and efficient. One reason his prices might be a little higher than average is that he will only install fixtures he supplies. That said, I believe it's totally worth the price. In addition to fixing a pin hole leak, he also furnished and installed a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. After he left, I noticed that the water pressure didn't seem right so I sent him an email. Once again, his response was prompt and he also told me a few things that might be causing the issue. He came back the next day -- and ended up having to completely uninstall and reinstall the faucet (and replace a few worn parts). Mark is professional and extremely polite and friendly. I would use him again without any doubt.

I did hire someone to do some plumbing work through Angie's List. I was about to get another plumbing project going so I will hire him again for it. He even saved me some money, he was like 'you don't have to replace this thing, I can actually repair it' and so he saved me some money there. The quality was good, it still works so that is great.

Called Coleman?s Plumbing to fix the failing sump pump. He was able to come out the next day and fit the repair into his schedule. Work quality was excellent and CLEAN!! The best experience I have had with a plumber by far, EVER!! Wish I had found him sooner!!!

I have used Coleman's a few times. Mr. Coleman is always punctual and honest. I have always been pleased with the work. The pricing is good. I was happy with the service. Coleman's Plumbing is my "go to" for any of my plumbing needs.

We had a leak in one of the master bath lavatory faucets that was causing water to go everywhere. Mark came onsite, determined that the cartridges were bad in the unit and attempted to repair. The cartridges had corroded to the point where they were hard to go out of the handles, or impossible without damaging the finish. Mark suggested a replacement instead and allowed us to pick the units we liked best. Mark ordered them and installed within a few days, hauling away all of the debris.

It was great! Most of the work was straightforward, but installing the vanity was not. It turned out that the floor sloped underneath the original (1961) vanity. Undaunted, Mark cut out the back of the new vanity and got it in. We were impressed with his willingness and ability to make things work. Will use him in the future!

Mark finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, neat, and has very reasonable pricing. When Mark left our house the only trace of him being there was that the drain was working. There was absolutely no mess left behind. I will definitely reach out to him again for any future work.

I had a very obvious pipe break (line, totally severed) in my crawlspace. Might have had something to do with those near-zero temps while we were on vacation. (Note to self: turn off the darn water next time!) I enlisted Mark. He arrived promptly, inspected the crawlspace plumbing, showed me two more breaks, and fixed all three in under an hour. His rate was very fair, and he was extremely courteous and professional. I won't use anyone else again for plumbing!

We reached out to Mark Coleman through Angie's List to get pricing and see if we needed to replace the bathroom faucet in our rental property. Mark responded promptly to our emails and through some pictures and a video determined that we need to replace the faucet due to the leak location. He provided us with two options that included the installation price, one for a higher grade residential faucet, Kohler, and one for a builder's grade faucet. We chose to go with the builder's grade faucet and scheduled the replacement for the following week. Mark provided the window of 9 am to 11 am with a 30 minute call prior to arrival. He called that morning, arrived shortly after. He offered to put on booties when he came in the unit, we let him know that he did not need to as we were doing some work inside and would have to clean the floor that weekend anyway. He quickly and efficiently installed the new faucet. Mark was professional and personable. I felt the cost for the faucet replacement reasonable. I would definitely reach out to him again for any future plumbing needs.

Mark arrived 5 minutes early and was wearing shoe covers! He was extremely polite and professional. He fixed the faucet in under 30 minutes and I had him provide estimates for some other work. I felt he was honest about what needed to be replaced vs fixed. I liked that he was able to give me an estimate for the leaking faucet via email once I submitted a picture and stayed true to the estimate. We will definitely be using him again in the very near future.

Mark is fantastic. He is personable, professional, and very thorough. He went over and above in terms of tracking down parts for an unusual single piece toilet that we have, giving us the option of replacing the whole thing or just fixing just the internals. He was up front about not necessarily needing to replace the whole toilet at this moment, which saved money. He spent a lot of time trying to isolate a leak we have had without digging into the walls, and was able to eliminate the toilet as a possibility. We will definitely be using him for future projects. One of the best things about Mark is he is very responsive on email and gets back to you almost immediately, no need to play phone tag which we really appreciate.

Mark did a fantastic job. He was professional and personable, and came across as very trustworthy. He offered his opinion when asked and told me when my requested repair was not needed. (A third toilet didn't need resetting after all.) He provided a replacement fill valve at his cost. He cleaned up after himself, treated my house with respect on a rainy day, and his work looked great upon inspection. He also helped me evaluate the bathroom upgrade done by the previous owner. I will use no other plumber in the future.

He is excellent. I'm extremely happy with him. He did several projects for me. His results are excellent. I initially had another plumber when I started replacing faucets and the shower head in the bathroom and the guy told me that I needed to break the wall in order to replace them. I like the way Mark Coleman works because he asks us to send emails with pictures of the faucets. He can tell from the picture which is extremely convenient. He immediately told me that we will not need to destroy the wall so that was fantastic and quite a relief. He did an excellent job. There is somebody who comes and checks it to make sure that it is according to county regulations. It passed the test and there was no problem. I think he is extremely professional and he knows what he is doing. He really knows his job and he is extremely pleasant to deal with. I can say only good things about him. I teach and I told one of my students about him. I definitely would recommend him to other people.

It did not go well. I explained again that the sound did not start until after the water was turned back on after a major main water break. I had Mark go upstairs with me to listen while I flushed the toilet. He came downstairs and went to my storage closet which is where the water comes into my unit. Said the pressure valve looks ok. He then moved my pipes back and forth. From this, his conclusion was that my pipes are very loose. I asked him if he could adjust anything. He said no and showed me how to adjust the pressure myself but indicated that would not make a difference. It would only make it worse. He told me it's going to cost me thousands of dollars because someone (he does not have the man power) would have to come in and tack down the pipes thus cutting out my drywall and my house would look like patchwork. He further said I needed to get this done within a month. Bottomline there was nothing he could do for me and he did not charge me anything. Once he had left I immediately jumped back on Angie's List to look for a plumbing company larger than Coleman with the ability to do repiping. Now mind you, my stomach is in knots just thinking about the money and stress this is going to cost me. I talked to the new plumbing company and they were able to get someone out within a couple of hours same day. I explained what was going on again to the plumber. He immediately said let's recreate the problem. We went upstairs. He flushed my toilet, turned my faucets on and off. We verified the sound. He then turned my shower on. And lo and behold, there was air in the pipes. I had turned everything on but the shower after the water came back on from the water main break. I don't use that shower often, I use the shower in my master bathroom. We flushed the toilet, turned the faucets on and off. No sound. He actually asked me to run the washing machine and advance it to rinse to recreate the sound. No clinking, no sound. I've been washing my clothes and still no sound. Flushing my toilet and still that sound is gone. Saved me a lot of frustration and money. I paid 44.95 as opposed to thousands. Eventually, I will get my pipes tacked down, but definitely not by next month. I gave an A for price because Mark Coleman did not charge me anything.

We have high praise for Mark Coleman. Everything was excellent. We needed to replace our kitchen faucet, and contacted him by email. He responded very soon, we set a time for the appointment. He was prompt, he looked at our situation, and presented us with options for replacement, which included the same faucet, which he could get and bring back another day. He also did have on his truck a faucet that he though highly of, we decided to go with that, which he installed immediately. And we were glad for his suggestion, we were happier with the replacement than we were with the original.Mark is also a very nice person, and you can tell the excellence he aspires to. Absolutely first rate. Any issues we have in the future that he can address, we will definitely turn to him.

Excellent. Prompt, courteous, smart, and able to explain everything in very understandable ways. There was an unforseen and complicated issue that came up, and he took care of it at no extra charge. All the work looks great.

Mark is the best plumber I ever had. Very responsive to all emails I sent to him and provided an accurate quote immediately. On the day of repair, he show up on time and performed repair quickly with an excellent quality. Even after repair, he assured me that his service is not just ended here and asked me not to hesitate to contact him if I encountered any issues related or not related to this repair. I definitely will use him again if any plumbing needs come up in the house.

My mother's old water heater started to leak out of the bottom of the tank. I spent the better part of a day calling many of the plumbers listed on Angie's List and found they were either unavailable, very expensive, or they did not return my phone call. Mr. Mark Coleman returned my call right away, even though he was on another job. He came over the next day and efficiently installed the new water heater. He did not keep us waiting and in fact was early. We were impressed with his professionalism, hard work and knowledge of his trade. He brought a tarp to help keep the house neat while he was working and he cleaned up after himself. He worked very hard and was quite personable. He did a magnificent job and left my mother with instructions on how to care for the heater so that it has a long life. We will certainly call on Mark Coleman in the future for all our plumbing needs. He is a true professional! We also took advantage of his $20 coupon on Angie's List. You won't be sorry if you choose him for your plumbing needs.

Mark was very responsive and fit us in his busy schedule. he arrived on time and removed the old heater and replaced with new. I think its good to go over what you think the warranties on all systems offered. Mark has installed them all and can quickly provide clarification. Service was completed and inspected. our previous water heater was 19 yrs old, so it certainly outperformed the previous warranty!
