They came in on-time every time. The workers were good and accommodation. They gave me a really good deal.

The process started with a great design by Morgan. She explained options and additional costs based on my preferences clearly. The work was performed in one day. The crew were friendly and professional. They had everything they needed to customize and manage some of the odd angles of my condo. One of the glass doors was damaged prior to their arrival, and the customer care team called to inform me that they would finish everything else and then return to install the door and handles for that cabinet once the new door was built. A carpenter would have cost 2 to 3 times more. The finished product was modern, polished, and thoughtfully constructed. Great outcome and at a great value.

We did not realize that the closets would expose the wall - previous experience had been with a company that had a covering for the wall. We had to get them to agree to paint.

I needed a lot of work done in my home. Several friends told me to just call Closet Stretchers instead of wasting my time...but I had 4 companies come out and assess my needs and provide me with quotes. The other companies were either relentlessly hounding me or blew me off completely...the only rep I was happy with was the one from Closet Stretchers. He very nicely offered to beat any price and match any design, and never hounded me, but always returned phone calls and emails. I had both of my kids closets and my master closet done and was so blown away by the process and quality that I decided to have Closet Stretchers design my built in home office system. After they were done, I decided I needed extra shelves, and I picked up 2 shelves and they fit right in to my closet, no problem whatsoever. My kids used to have clothing all over the floor, and now it is out of sight, and I am a happy mom. My life has changed completely due to the organization systems that they installed. I have never felt so organized! Worth EVERY penny! I will eventually have them come back and design every other storage space in my house. I should have listened to my friends, the only company to call is Closet Stretchers!!

When they put in the built-ins, it caused a small crack in the drywall in the closet. It wasn't a huge deal, but feel like I should note that. The product is good. We have a lot of space in our closet now.

Overall, we had a really great experience with Closet Stretchers! We would worked with Sila, who was very accomodating of everything we were looking for. Their prices were much for affordable than other companies we looked at, and the quality can't be beat!

The closet that I had done was $2300.

Closet Stretchers installed our master closet and we are very happy with the results. They were able to organize the closet and gave us a lot more space. Our closet looks really great so we decided to have them design our wine rack area also. The material and prices at Closet Stretchers were much better than the other 5 estimates that we got ( yes, we called many companies because wanted the best price and the best material). The sales staff and installers were all professional, courteous, and very punctual. We wouldn't hesitate to bring them back for future closet needs. We very highly recommend them. Sila, who was our designer, was amazing. returned all my calls and emails and came out to our home multiple times to measure and discuss the closets with me. Extremely happy!

I had a closet by my front door that I never used so I contacted closet stretchers to design a mudroom bench with storage. I had a drywall contractor remove the closet. The mudroom bench was $2570 and is very high quality. It's a custom built in and looks amazing. Check out the pictures. I also had a small storage area that previously had shelves and was used for storage. I had closet stretches design a desk for me. The desk was $1570 and well worth it. I spent about an hour with the designer talking about all the options that were available for both projects. The installation was about four hours for both projects.

Morgan, the designer, came to the house and provide us with great alternative options for our three bedroom closet organization project. Her design and prices were far superior to the two other proposals we received on the project. The proposal included an artistic detailed design, closet installation and removal of the existing closet. On the day of the closet installation, the Closet Stretchers' installer show up on Saturday as schedule and professionally build and installed all three closets within a five hour time frame. After completion of the install they cleaned up and vacuum any trace of trash and debris. After living 5 years in a house with clothes hung on the back of doors and squeezed onto cramped shelves, we finally have nice organized spacious closets with room to spare. We would enthusiastically employ them for a future project and highly recommend them to others!

Everything went very well. The price came in lower than I expected and the Angie's list coupon made it even better. The installers did a great job, the work is solid and secure. We bought a home and wanted to have the organizer installed before we moved our stuff in. They were able to squeeze us in the next day and ended up being earlier than they thought. We were able to combine his and hers walk in closets to one reach in closet with the organizer and some downsizing.

Overall, the product itself is amazing. I'm VERY happy with the design and the fact that I have doubled my space for storing clothes. HOWEVER, the lack of customer service the management provided left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend them as a highly responsive vendor. The designer managed to write down incorrect measurements for shelves and so the crew was not able to install my product on the original visit. I was told they would come back the next day and was given a 2 hour window late in the day on a Saturday. I expressed concern that I was going out to an event that evening and I needed them to finish early. I even called their offices on Saturday at noon to reconfirm the time they were showing up and was assured they would be on the early side of the window. I was also told the crew would call before they arrived in case I needed to reschedule. The crew was a half hour late from the time they were to show up. When I called the office at the end of my window for the appointment, I got their answering machine. The crew also did not call when they were on their way. I did call and leave another message expressing my disappointment. It took a week to finally hear from the main office and the general manager who did apologize for the error. My advice is to double-check your measurements and make sure you get a firm confirmation in writing and via the phone when Closet Stretchers will show up. I would even ask for the foreman's cell number so you can call to find out where they are if you're approaching the end of your appointment window.

We were looking to optimize the storage space in our condo. The solution proposed by Closet Stretchers met our needs and the price certainly met our budget and we are appreciative of Closets Stretchers efforts to find a good solution at a good price. Everyone we dealt with was polite (friendly in fact), attentive and responsive. We try to find local contractors for our home repair/remodeling needs and were happy to have found Closet Stretchers in our neighborhood. Morgan was terrific and designed a solution with which we are quite happy. After the visit to our home she invited us to their showroom to see the material options. Our visit to the showroom was as professional (and friendly) as her visit to our home. It was a BIG job and the schedule (one-day planned install) was a bit ambitious particularly given the severe weather we experienced in mid-Feb. The installation team could not finish and there were some issues with the work done late in the day. To be fair, the team worked extremely hard, was extremely polite, did their best to finish the job. The job was just too big; the day was just too long and the weather too severe. One phone call to and a visit by Morgan and all of the follow-up issues were addressed, no questions asked and she identified some things that needed re-work that we had not seen. The installation team took care of those items and we are very pleased with the final result and the overall experience.

It went absolutely great. The closet went great. The garage ultimately went great, but the had to come back a couple of times due to originally bringing the wrong clips. They were very enthusiastic about seeing the project through to completion. They called multiple times a day to make sure their return trips were convenient for us. We'll most likely wind up using them for another closet soon.

I hired Closet Stretchers to install custom shelving in my pantry. The install went OK, and took a couple of hours. The primary problem I have with the job is that they used laminated particle board rather than plywood for the shelves, and this meant that the maximum unsupported span of shelving was only a couple of feet or so. This meant that a lot of shelving space was interrupted by vertical support pieces. The crew also seemed to have a lot of trouble cutting the melamine laminate cleanly without having jagged edges. For this job, the cut ends were hidden well enough, but I would think this would be a big problem for other jobs in terms of appearance. There is an art to cutting melamine cleanly, but I would have expected a crew that cuts it day in and day out to know the tricks of the trade. Ultimately, I think I am going to end up taking all the shelves out along with the vertical center supports, with only the side supports remaining. I'll then buy laminated plywood shelving that can span the distance without buckling and re-install. In the end, this job would have received and A if they just used slightly better shelving material.

Closet Stretchers originally installed shelving and storage drawers, including locked drawers, several years ago and we were quite satisfied with cost, quality, and service. We recently suffered a home break in and the locked drawers were pried open. My husband called them to replace the locks. There was no additional damage to the drawers. There were some misunderstandings and miscommunications about replacing the locks. The work was performed and we were subsequently contacted by a company representative who successfully resolved our questions and concerns. His regret at our having some problems and commitment to making it right was sincere.

From inital visit with designer to follow-up calls and installation, I am extremly satisfied with Closet Stretchers. Also, I was very surprised with the short amount of time it took to install both units. The installers were in and out like lightning, and my closets look great! I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. After closer inspection of both systems I found endless defects(some very obvious) in the material and was quite disappointed. I contacted the vendor to inform them of the issue. Consequently, the representatives were very understanding and wanted to resolve the issue as badly as I did. Two additionally installers were dispatched to my home on July 24, 2014. They worked tireless for 3 hours to undo the work of the 1st group of installers. For the life of me I cannot understand how someone could knowingly install the likes of the shelving and panels that I received during the 1st install, which caused undo stress and time lost. As stated previously, the defects were very obvious. The 2nd set of installers ended up replacing both closet systems. I give the second set of installers high praise, because they wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with each and every shelf and panel coming into my home. They even endured my inspecting by flashlight. Overall, I am pleased with the closet systems (2). However, I will say to any purchaser to throughly inspect all material after the work is completed.

The workers were on time and extremely professional. They did an outstanding job. I plan on using their service for my future projects.

The second I called them they were great. They were not high pressure sales at all. They were highly professional as and did a great job.

Got a price quote 12 months earlier and at the time we were not ready to commit. When we were finally ready they did honor the original price quote, discounts offered and design. Company showed up on the correct date and time. They had 3 people working all day to get the closets done, which is the expectation they set. Overall I am happy with the job they did. A few minor issues (Screws showing when my wife thought they would be covered. We did call, but they said that is just the way they are). Company did replace a shelf I was not happy with as it was warped. They are custom installed and fit the space well. A few tips if you do get this done. 1) Clean out your closets early- It took us a while to go through all the closets , but we were ready when they showed up. 2) Closets do end up looking smaller, but can fit a lot more stuff. I would use Closet Stretchers again and while I did think it was pricey, they were a better deal then others I checked. It also would have taken me forever to get this done on the weekends and I am not sure I would have saved that much based on do-it-yourself kits at the local home improvement store.
