mold remediation company began. The websites were all terrific promising professional results; the actual reviews of far too many companies indicated complaints with the BBB and other horrors. We got lucky with Clean and Shine. Gary told me he had a crew finishing up in Virginia so they could “swing by to fix the problem.” On Wednesday, Edwin and Siralia (spelling?) arrived and worked their magic. Gone was the cabinetry, the dry wall and part of the ceiling - and gone was the mold. A serious commercial fan and dehumidifier were put in place and worked for three days. Edwin arrived on Monday to remove the equipment and to treat the studs with a product that will ensure further protection. Edwin has been doing this work for 29 years so we knew we were in good hands. Aside from the fact that these two men worked steadily and efficiently, they were kind, pleasant and respectful of my new flooring in the basement. I cannot be more appreciative of their efforts in the restoration process. What a terrific company!

Wonderful experience.

They were polite and were on time. They carpet stretching is still not perfect. The carpet cleaning was mediocre. Their price was expensive. They were over responsive and kept calling about three or four times.

I have used them for a number of years. They have been very responsive. If there are ever any issues they address them promptly. They stand behind their work.

THEY ARE QUITE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT. THE CARPETS LOOKED BETTER THAN THEY EVER HAVE.
