Description of Work: Contacted this CertaPro through their national network for an estimate on painting the condo we rent out. Their rep Charles showed up half hour late, and didn't have our contact info to let us know. 5 min into the conversation he feigned offense at something I said to my wife, and left. Complete waste of our lunch hour, but good riddance! Expect he would have been hard to work with. CertaPro of Rockville won't be getting any of our business soon.
