After purchasing the Angie's list promo they called promptly to schedule, arrived when they said they would, and completed the tune-up very quickly and professionally. Technician talked me through the other parts of the garage system and made some (slightly sales picthy') recommendation, which was fine and to be expected (they are in the garage door business after all). Would absolutely use them again.

I called and got an estimate within a day or two from Shean. Within the next week they were able to come out and install the doors. I was impressed with how fast they did the work and their efficiency. I would recommend their services.

The provider was extremely late; nice when he arrived. He performed some minor routine work. I asked him to order remote garage door openers, which he said he would do, but I have never received them nor received an update.

They were very friendly and professional from the review of my existing system through selection and installation of replacement components. The work was done promptly and skillfully. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would recommend them to anyone having similar work done.

Maintenance on one garage door. Changed date on the morning they were supposed to come. VERY inconvenient! Not very professional.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and they were excellent. The guy went way beyond the way of duty. He checked everything in our moving door in the garage. We always had a problem with our garage being very cold, and we have a room above it, which is freezing during the winter. He put on slabs on the side with some kind of flexible plastic, and those greatly improved the situation inside the garage. I had to pay for the slabs, and he also discovered that I needed a new spring, and so I paid extra. I would certainly recommend them, and I would use them again in the future. He became like captain of the ship, when it came to my garage door. He was willing to do anything to make sure that the garage door was okay. I was very impressed, he didn't do the minimal, he didn't do just what was on the big deal, he maximized the work to make sure that it would last.

I called to take advantage of the maintenance tuneup as our garage doors were so loud I thought they might just fall any day. The phone was answered immediately and an apponitnment was set for exactly when I requested. The genteleman who came out was exactly on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. We had a lot of problems which he explained thoroughly. I actually have no idea how good the price was that he quoted for the work , but it satisfied us. Bottom line, our doors are humming like they are brand new. I thank them everytime I open and close the garage doors. Job well done. Thank you.

While a second visit was required to complete the service, they did a superb job and made sure we were completely satisfied. Quick to respond, courteous, professional and on time...we highly recommend, and would use again without hesitation.

It turned out fine. He showed up on time. He called a day after I purchased the deal and that was nice. We set up an appointment. One technician came out and he did the work that he came out to do. He was here for about an hour. He did notice something additional, I thought he was trying to sell me more; but I could tell that the spring was going to break and he was correct. So I had him repair that spring that had gone bad on my garage door.

Contractor called Monday PM to confirm order and set date for service . 24 hrs later our service tech. called to say he was on the way to Reston and subsequently arrived at the prearranged time. Thoroughly checked the mechanics, cleaned rollers and realigned safety optics . Explained which system functions that will ultimately require replacement due to age but did not attempt to sell any further services. So all in all, very pleased with their tune up service and will definitely consider Capital Garage Door when ultimately needed.

Called Capital at noon and and they were on site by 2 PM. Fixed door extremely promptly and then and installed opener by 6:00 PM that evening.

Doors were wobbly and in need of service. Called in response to email coupon. Sean was pleasant, helpful and polite. Made an appointment and came out in a few days. He was here promptly and did a great job.

I called Capital Garage Doors because my garage doors stopped opening and closing. They promptly responded within 24 hours and diagnosed the problems. I needed my panels replaced because of a crack and wear and tear. They had caused a misalignment, which resulted in a broken cable. The two gentleman that came to repair my door were professional and very polite. I was a little nervous at first since I called them first and went with them. But they were great and I highly recommend them to anyone for a thorough job. They did not leave any mess afterwards and weren't that expensive.
