Description of Work: The service with Capital Garage Door went extremely well. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions pertaining to the garage doors. I would definitely recommend the company and use them in the future to maintain my garage doors.

Description of Work: Assessed our old garage door opener, and discovered it had worn out and was irreparable. Scheduled an appointment to replace the opener, and returned first thing this morning. The opener was installed correctly, all parts were lubricated, and the door works fine now. Good experience. Good service. Would definitely recommend this company to friends.

Description of Work: We purchased a garage door tune up, and the service technician did a very good job. The door moves more smoothly and is much quieter. Should I need service again, I would call them. They rescheduled our appointment a couple of times. It was not a problem since our job was not a rush.

Description of Work: They made 2 visits -- First visit did not go as well as I had hoped. But after a brief phone call with them regarding my concerns with the first visit, they came back and did an excellent job. Will use them again.

Description of Work: I assume they oiled (or whatever) the mechanism. The tech purportedly fixed the remote, but that didn't last. I bought a new remote from the manufacturer.

Description of Work: It turned out that our sensors were misaligned so the rep aligned them for us. Also, another garage door had stopped working from the keypad - somehow the code was lost so he reset that for us. We didn't actually have much "work" done. If we'd been astute enough we could've saved the visit but we weren't. So, for us, it was kind of worth the $59 for the education on what else we should check out if we have problems. But the gentleman arrived on-time and was helpful in educating us so I'd go with an A for what he did.
