+ -1 moreDuring the first repair process, I found the technician to be personable and capable, although I was disappointed that he had to return twice to finally diagnose and complete the repair. However, my opinion was altered when he did not even return my phone calls after failing to show up for the scheduled appointment to fix the second problem. There is no excuse for such irresponsibility, and I would not recommend his services to anyone.
Description of Work: My washing machine had two problems at two different times. The first was that it did not always spin. It took two visits, but the technician was able (finally) to fix the problem. Less than two months later, the machine started leaking. I left several phone messages, and finally spoke with the technician who agreed to come on Tuesday between 12 and 2. He did not show up, I left two concerned phone messages, and he has not contacted me again.

+ -1 moreWE WERE GENERALLY HAPPY WITH MAYTAG AFTER FINALLY GETTING THROUGH TO THEM. WE WERE A BIT FRUSTRATED WITH THE ANSWERING SYSTEM IT HAS IN PLACE AND THE FACT THAT WE COULDNT SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHEN WE CALLED THEM. WE WERE HAPPY, HOWEVER, WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM OF ITS SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
Description of Work: MAYTAG SERVICE DIAGNOSED A PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING WITH OUR STOVE/OVEN, AND REPLACED THE PILOT LIGHT.
