On more than one occasion I've had the opportunity to call Mr. Wertz and tell him that his listing looked terrible and wasn't being properly cared for. The house is vacant, isn't he being paid to see that it's taken of? The grass is sometimes 12" high. The bushed have become so overgrown that you can no longer see the street signs!*? Maybe he'll get fired and another realtor will do a better job. I recommend that sellers STAY FAR AWAY from this firm!
Description of Work: Mr. Wertz was the Realtor for the house that is for sale next door yo my home.
