+ -1 moreThey did not use drop cloths or edge tape so drips of paint were left on the concrete of the front door landing and they also paint stained the brick adjacent to the trim. Too rushed I guess. When I asked him to try to clean the stain, especially the dripped paint in front of the front door, he did respond but claimed it wasn't his paint. The clean up attempt was not effective. Not recommended.

+ 0 moreThe outcome was excellent. He did very good on the powerwashing around the whole house. It was such a good job that my neighbors were even complimenting me. He does great work and works very hard at it. I had a very small job that needed done, and a lot of bigger companies wouldn't do it. He was willing to do the job and he was very meticulous and did a great job. He went above and beyone what I expected and painted the whole outside trim. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: He came and did some power washing and exterior painting.

+ -1 moreWHEN I CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE OWNER CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE and GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. THE PRICE WAS EQUAL TO WHAT I PAID 6 YEARS AGO FOR THE SAME JOB WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. WITHIN THE WEEK, 3 WORKERS CAME OUT and PAINTED. IT WAS DONE IN A DAY. THE GARAGE DOOR NEEDED EXTRA CARE and THEY CAME BACK 2 DAYS LATER TO FIX IT PERFECTLY.
Description of Work: EXTERIOR TRIM, SHUTTERS, GARAGE DOOR, & PILLAR WERE SANDED, PRIMED, & PAINTED.
