Overall, it went quite well. My wife and I drew up the plans and went over them with Ernandes (the owner). While the work was ongoing, we made quite a few changes along the way, and Ernandes was always very accommodating and willing to work with us through the changes. He also came up with good ideas that we had not considered. His company was quick with their work, punctual and they stuck to their word about the timing of it all. There was a minor language barrier, and we did have to keep a close eye on things (mostly because we're perfectionists at heart), but we enjoyed the experience and their flexibility as our plans changed throughout the project. One note: make sure to pick out or specify directly what materials you want to use, in order to get exactly what you're looking for. We would definitely recommend Big Field Services to others (and already have, by the way).
