I had a completely unfinished basement in my home of 8 years now and finally figured to do something constructive with it and turn it into living space. I went through several estimates with different contractors and ran across ACH Group LLC on my third estimate. Out of all the contractors ACH presented themselves in the most professional manner, knowledge of what they are doing, and most importantly a lot of good references with step by step pictures of their work progress on their website with contact information which ultimately won me over. I felt extremely safe going with this company, with also the peace at mind that it is all great quality work and materials that were going to be used. They worked on a very timely schedule and was quicker then originally estimated and when all said and done I was blown away at what they had done! I never thought it could ever look like this! Great pricing as well, lower then all of my estimates except one, and that lower estimate was by unlicensed and uninsured people unlike ACH which was both and well worth paying just a tad more. Overall I am extremely happy at the result and will look forward to doing business again in the future! Thanks ACH Group...

This was a great project. It had to be completed in a short amount of time due to a personal vacation and they stayed late until it was done, and did it right. They were very respectful of my home by laying out drop cloths throughout the house wherever they would be working/walking. They went above and beyond the scope of the project to make sure the bathroom turned out correctly. Also, they were on time everyday. If any changes or questions came up I was notified which was appreciated. I will definitely be calling them again when I am ready to redo my other bathroom.

We found ACH Group LLC on the Internet (Better Business Bureau web site) Pavel was one of four contractors who gave a bid for our project. After checking references we requested 3d design for the basement from all four contractors to make sure we could look at all the details of the future project. Pavel was the only one who emailed us what we asked for. That was important because we could really see how serious the company about its business and our project. So we finally made a decision and have chosen Pavel as a general contractor for the project. First day we had schedule hanged on the basement door and they were always ahead of it and finished the job 3 days before discussed due date. The entire process went very smooth and Pavel as well as all of his subcontractors were very nice and responsive. We are extremely pleased with the job and basement came so beautiful we still can not get used to it after three month the job has been completed. We are now recommend ACH Group LLC to all of our freinds and family members. (My brother in law already got his basement done and very pleased with the job as well) Im not a writer and do not have much to add and just want to say thanks to Pavel for being so profefessional and reliable contractor.

my wife and I decided to have the bathroom remodeled, our house only has one! so this time we decided to call a contractor. I found ACH GROUP LLC online looked at their work and references and called for an estimate Paval was at my house the next evening. he gave me an estimate and said the job would take 5 days, They Started on Saturday and Finished on Wednesday estimate was a couple hundred under, work they did was great Bathroom is Beautiful, finished on time. He cleaned up at the end of each day you hardly knew he was there! This is a company that takes pride in their work, when finish a part of a job they stand back and take a look and if its not right they fix it. I will recommend ACH Group LLC to all my friends and relatives

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Pavel objectively discussed the different options, honestly sharing the best quality choices to stay within our budget. He was never pushy, or condescending, as we have found with other contractors. Actually, we found ACH Group via internet searching after we had two other frustrating experiences with companies that had ben referred to us by friends! My husband & I felt comfortable right away, Pavel has a great, knowledgeable approach. He even came with us to the home supply center to help decide which toilets, showers & appliances to purchase! (He steered us away from some serious mistakes we would have made!) His work was pretty simple to review: Came quickly & on time for an estimate then gave us a simple, honest price. He made an appointment, called to follow up, came on time, worked quickly, quietly & cleaned up better than we do! (Wow, he worked hard! No breaks, chatter or distractions, he was a man on a mission!) Pavel answered all our questions politely & thoroughly, and communicated with us through the project. I really liked his communication. (This made me feel very comfortable. I always knew he would check with us if there was any need) The bathroom came out great! The seams are clean, neatly done. The flooring looks great, we love the shower, can't be happier.No surprise labor or "parts" charges. Finding a good, honest, solid contractor is hard....He's a great find. We even had kids & dogs running around while he was working! He makes an appointment, calls to follow up, comes on time, works quickly, quietly & cleans up well! The kitchen cabinets were a huge project for us, having children with no kitchen is a nightmare! Smooth project, consistent work. The cabinet people (not associated with ACH) even measured something wrong with one of the cabinet pieces. Pavel ran out to the store to get a part to correct it. He made sure we were happy with it & we were. Nice recovery, Pavel! Finding a good, honest, solid contractor is hard....He's a great find. We even had kids & dogs running around while he was working! Pavel is very pleasant to work with. He's been back two more times for other jobs & our neighbors have used his services as well....

Our finished basement, which is a highly used space in our house, was flooded by sump pump failure. Mitigation crew hauled out wet carpet and 2 feet of dry wall, and we needed restoration fast. We took 4 bids all from Angie's list, and would have hired them all. We choose ACH Group LLC because of Pavel's high energy 'can do' attitude, and their basement expertise. Pavel was willing to come give us an estimate even after his long day, when others put us off to the next day. Pavel was also willing to start the project on a weekend! Pavel and Peter worked round-the-clock to get us back into our much-needed living space, adding in some wonderful upgrades like laminate flooring for the same price as carpet. They were professional and competent, conferring with us on our preferences all along the way. They did a thorough and beautiful job, and threw in a lot of little 'extras' that made our basement better than ever. We LOVE our new basement, and would hire them again.

Last year, I bought a small investment condo that needed a bit of work, starting with a full bathroom makeover. Of course, I did my homework and got four estimates before making my decision. Pavel was the only one who showed up on time, showed proof of his license/insurance and he even gave me the estimate advertised on his website. No tricks, no bait and switch. He was nice, professional and courteous. We took measurements and went to the home improvement store together, picked out all the new pieces, and he took it from there. Everything went smoothly and he called me when the job was complete. Much to my surprise, it was perfect! This was the first time I had EVER had a positive experience with a contractor, so I showed up for my inspection ready for a fight. When I found no problems, I was shocked and thrilled. I wanted to hug him. But that's not all. Several months later, my renter was having a problem with the tub not draining. I called a plumber to snake the drain. Several hours later, the plumber called to tell me he couldn't fix it, the snake wasn't working and that the trap must be broken. He wanted to bust up the concrete floor to fix it. WHA? And even though he didn't fix anything, he was still charging me $250. I immediately called Pavel and asked if he might have done something wrong or forgot something when he put in the new tub. He went out of his way to come back to the property to check it out. Guess what - the trap was NOT broken. Pavel spent over an hour checking every last thing and fixed the drain. He even touched up a few things and resealed in a few places. AND he didn't charge me for the visit. I hugged him. And in case you were wondering, I called the other plumber the next day and demanded my $250 back.

I met with Pavel for the estimate and right away I could tell he was very professional. One of the first things he did was hand me a packet that included all the information one looks for when dealing with a contractor which included tips on finding the right contractor, a copy of his contractor license, plumbing license, his electrician license number, his business insurance information and references of previous clients. He was the only one to do this out of about 5 or 6 contractors. After handing me the packet, he did the estimate and instantly gave me his price and let me ask any questions i had. After reviewing all of the estimates we had received, we realized that Pavel's estimate came in well below the others and after checking out all of his information and references we decided to go with him. We called him up and set up a date a few weeks away and he actually was able to start sooner then the start date. He showed up on time the first day and continued that through out. Also on the first day he laid out the schedule of what he was doing on what day and stuck to that the whole way. He did most of the work himself except for the drywall and carpeting which he had sub contracted out. They where also very professional and did an excellent job. Any questions I had where answered quickly and he worked with us on how we wanted the basement and laundry room to look and also where we wanted outlets, cable outlets and lights. He finished a few days before his finish date which in all was under 2 weeks and I still cannot get over how great the basement and laundry room look. So if your looking for a professional and trusting contractor (which are hard to come by) you will find it in Pavel and I would not have a problem referring him to friends or family and also using his services again. Also he installed wood step down from our second floor deck to the ground. Again the work was done quickly and the steps look great. He matched the existing style and look of the existing deck and it looks like the where always there.

We got several quotes for remodeling our basement. ACH group provided a very competitive price. Also, when Pavel (the owner of the company) came to provide the estimate he handed us a professional package with details of MHIC/plumbing/electrical licenses, past projects and references. We called about 5 references and all of them mentioned great things about the workmanship, professionalism and punctuality of Pavel. So we decided to go with ACH group based on the references and professional website showcasing past projects. Pavel is extremely hard working, professional, incredibly clean and tidy. He provided a detailed work schedule after the initial demolition and finished the project exactly as per the estimated completion date. We are particularly pleased with the quality of his work. The fit and finish of the final basement is excellent. Our only minor gripe is the vanity plumbing because of which a shelf had to be removed from the vanity. But as Pavel explained, this compromise was necessary to get the plumbing to work with the glass sink. Pavel goes the extra mile over and above the contract to make sure that the whole project ties in well. For instance, there was no mention of window blinds or lighting for the unfinished part of the basement. He took care of that by himself. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and professionalism Pavel demonstrated throughout the project. We would recommend Pavel and his company (ACH Group) without any reservation.

ACH did not show for the appointment...

The time and cost estimates were right on point. There were no hidden cost factors, which we greatly appreciated. He was prompt and professional. His approach to the work area was very well planned. He was neat, and organized, prepared his work area each day protecting our belongings and left the work area clean and hazard-free. His work ethics are commendable, he put in 8 hour days, working from morning to evening with a short lunch break. Needless to say we are well pleased and have called him for another job.

I started shopping for bathroom remodeling a few weeks before the job started. First of all Pavel was able to stop by for an estimate the same day I called. He gave me the price at his visit and it was within my budget. After visiting his web-site I had considered him as one of the contractors I could go with. Next step was a simple background check of the people I considered and I was surprised that many of them had something on record. Pavel was all clear. That was very important for me because I could not be at home all time during the project and actually when he started I gave him a key to the house. All the floors were covered with paper and plastic separated the work area from rest of the house. The job took about 2 1/2 weeks total. We had a project schedule hanging on the door and the job was finished exactly in accordance with the schedule. Tile job looks great and honestly its so much more than I was expecting to get. I absolutely like the job that has been done. The new bathroom makes an incredible difference to the entire house and actually it has encouraged me to do some other small projects around the house. I would definitely recommend ACH Group LLC to do the job in your house.

I had an idea of the layout for the basement. He walked with me downstairs with a drawing and discussed the design. He gave full background on how the work would go and provided a schedule which he never missed. He first framed the basement. He then started working on installing the electrical and cable outlets. After he tentatively finished, he asked me if I wanted more electric or cable outlets installed. I wanted to mount two television downstairs and I asked him to put the electrical outlets higher, which he accomodated with no problem. I have hardwood floors upstairs, and he ran heavy traffic paper to avoid any injury to my wood (this was perfect!!). Next was the drywall. In one room (which already had drywall but was not fully finished, there was a crooked corner and he fixed it without any issues. The walls were prepped for eventual painting and he installed the access panels for the electrical box and other pipes needing access. I wanted another electrical outlet after the drywall went up, and he had no problem provding this to me after the fact (for a small $50; which is nothing compared to having an electrical company come out and install a new outlet; this usually runs about $235). He had a sample of different carpets (ones included in the price and others for a small extra fee). I selected a higher quality of carpet for a small fee of $300. While the company was busy working, I decided last minute I wanted to install a steam shower since I wanted a workout room downstairs. Pavel included with the price the shower (corner), but he gave me the discount of $500 for me to purchase my own steam shower and then later when the unit arrived, there had to be a breaker box, which he installed for a fee of $400 (this was only charged because it was after the fact and the drywall was already up; but if I had decided this early on, this charge would have been $0). He gave me a list of items to select the bathroom vanity and mirror and toilet and after I chose, he picked them up. He also picked up the bathroom fan and the faucets. He found a matching light fixture for the bathroom (nickle) and installed it. The last thing installed was the bathroom. He completed the painting and went back around to make sure there were no drywall issues and corrected those. He primed the walls first before painting (I selected the color paint for the main walls and bathroom). The doors were already installed before the painting was completed. The carpets were installed. Great work and very professional! Then the bathroom was installed with the steam shower. He showed me how the steam shower worked. It was a great experience and I would hire him again with no questions asked.

We have all been very satisfied with the finished product. ACH Group has provided us with the best finished product for the best price (I received several quotes on my initial project before choosing ACH). I will continue to use their services for all of my home remodeling needs and will recommend them to anyone that I know looking for a great job at a great price.

IT WENT GREAT! From the first email Pavel was extremely responsive and expeditious. I emailed for a quote on Friday night and we had an estimate in hand Saturday afternoon. Pavel is licensed (plumber) and insured and works with a licensed electrician, and his labor only quote was less than one we received from an unlicensed and uninsured contractor (we got 7 quotes in total). He started approximately a week later, and was done in less than seven days. He is extremely efficient, organized, and skilled. As his quote was for labor only he simply kept a running tally of all materials with all receipts attached to the door of the now bathroom and that total was added to the original quote at the end of the project. He also posted a schedule on the door and circled off as he finished tasks so you could see the behind the scenes progress and know when you could expect a finished product (he finished a week ahead of schedule). He put everything in exactly as we had asked and even moved a few things after we decided we'd like them better in a different position. Pavel is extremely hard working, honest, and professional. It is obvious he takes pride in his work, and I would highly reccommend him.
