Description of Work: Basement Masters finish our 1700 sq ft basement including a full bath and a custom bar with a graite top. | We chose Basement Masters over a couple of other top rated providers from Angies List because they provided a line by line outline of what they were going to do and what it would cost. They also provided a lot of options on flooring, fixtures and cabinets with the costs for upgrades. | Pavel, the head of the company gave us very good advice on what we should have and what we could do without. | Everything was done on time and these were the neatest, cleanest contractors we've ever used. At the end of each day they cleaned up what ever dirt there was, put away their tools and left the whole area clean. I had covered the things that had been stored in the basement with plastic but the crew was so neat I hardly needed it. | All the work was done to the highest standards. As you might guess we were extremely happy with the results and unreservedly recommend Basement Masters for any major job.

Description of Work: The first appt. was rescheduled due to Pavel being at Another appt. and running late in evening. When Pavel arrived at our home for the rescheduled appt.. he came in introduced himself and proceeded into the basement with my husband. HE WAS IN OUR HOME A TOTAL OF 5 MINUTES. He announced that any job he would consider would require a minimum of $12,000! We had already received a quote on the job for approx. $9400. We would not recommend this company under any circumstances. He may do good work - but his focus is on how much money he can make!! He doesn't even pretend to be interested!!!! He could have saved us the trouble - by telling us on the phone what his "minimum" job would cost. He is not the only game in town!
