I have been very satisfied !!

My A/C stopped working over the weekend. I called and got an appointment for Wednesday which I was grateful for since other companies I had called told me it would be two weeks. On Tuesday, B&B called to say they had a cancellation and offered to come at once. I agreed and technician Dan showed up quickly - nice guy. The problem was found to be the start booster board burnt out and the compressor would not start. He explained what I had wasn't the right size for my system. He explained there may be other problems that he would only know about after it was replaced and I appreciated the heads up. Luckily, the compressor was the only problem and the A/C is now working better than ever.

Whenever I need their help they respond in a timely fashion. I have two very old furnaces and they are not pushy about me getting a new furnace so I appreciate that. They seem to be able to deal with these old furnaces. They are very responsive and they come on time. The last time when I called them, they sent somebody but he didn't seem very sure about what to do.

They are excellent. I heard about them from a neighbor. We are pretty happy with them. They are doing a good job so I don’t have complaints with the price. The quality of service is excellent. They are really good. If you need their assistance they will be there. They are very professional.

These guys clearly know their stuff. Checking around, they're known for pricey but expert work. The price difference seems to be that they follow code, pull all the right permits, and do the job right. When a DC inspector came out today, he said, "We never have any problems with Band B." We replaced our aging unit because of cracks in the heat exchanger- no leaks yet, but there seemed no reason to wait until carbon monoxide appeared in the house. Band B offered lots of options. We chose a highly efficient furnace with an Internet-controlled thermostat, humidifier, and matched air-conditioner. Required putting an extra pipe through the wall, also a water pipe to the humidifier. Instead of two days as promised, the work took 2 1/2. No charge for the extra labor. The extra money for the humidifier was worth it. The house feels great. The new furnace does not cycle on and off as often as the old one. We are very happy.

They did a lousy job when they came. After I informed the company of that fact, they sent out another team at no charge. That team did an outstanding job. Professional, thorough, prompt, and excellent in every way.

Got bids from 4 local contractors. The price from Band B was out of the park. Low to high, other contractors were $6-10K. Band B was $13-18K Did not even get my name correct on the proposal. Would not trust them to do the work

They do a competent job of preventative maintenance and have kept our machines running for over five years now. I would recommend them highly.

Everything went well as usual. I have been using B and B for at least 25 years, and it always does an excellent job. They are pricey, but they are reliable and do quality work.

They came out and stated the power had been cut. That was the end of the inspection. There was another system I wanted them to inspect, but they said the deal only covered one unit.

I've been using them for 30 years. They check my heating and a/c twice a year. They always do a great job. It took 2 days and it's working great.

Because it was on a Saturday, there was a higher charge for the weekend service. They were trustworthy, clean, honest and honorable. With regard to price, I have no point of reference, I have never had the air conditioner go out before. With regard to quality, it is still working. I called Angie's List and they had nobody who worked on Saturday. So I called my son, and he gave me the name of this company. I used them, and I was very happy because the air conditioning was working by 12 o'clock that afternoon.

They have responded on an emergency basis and done good work. They have also responded very well on a routine basis. Whenever there has been any issue about any billing or otherwise, they have been very responsive to any concerns I have ever had. Their pricing is competitive and they are also very honest.

They are very professional. They give us a very thorough inspection when they come out everything is fine I like them a lot.

.I overheard the technicians talking about how they can get more money from me and that they didn't make the amount they were suppose to so they needed to charge me more.

Overall, I was impressed with the fact that the company issued a check with my money back. Also, consumers: please make sure that you print out a coupon (if you are promised to have a fall special or some sort of deal) and present to the technician when they come to your house, because they won't know if you have the deal. To Band B: please make sure you tell your customers that they need to present the coupons to the technicians.

I've been using them for over 10 years and I've loved working with them. They are very professional.

I have a maintenance contract with them. I have found them to be very prompt and very good with their service. They are a little pricey, but other than that we have no complaints. The workers that came out were very good and professional. We have been working with them for about five years and I will continue to use this company in the future.

After trying several air conditioning contractors for the same problem and consulting with a recommended HVAC engineer, a friend recommended Band B, saying they were the best. Band B first found several key problems and solved those, providing excellent service along the way. When those repairs only partially solved the issue, we bid out replacing the unit as Band B had suggested. Their price was as good as any and their prior service convinced us that they were the right contractor. Band B replaced the unit and correcting some the duct issues left behind by a prior contractor minimizing the damage to the house as they ran several new ducts. The unit has worked well and we would use them again.

Everything went terrible. They seem to over chargeand always had some kind of add-on to every bill.

They were not able to finish the work. Their prices are very high and not competitive. I had to get the work finished by somebody else. They use a hard sell technique and identify a lot of items as broken or in need of repair when they are fine.

I liked them very much. I can highly recommend them. I didn't search for them on Angie's List. I already knew about them, word of mouth. I don't use Angie's List when I know what I am doing, it's only when I don't know what I'm doing. I have a service contract with them so they come in the spring and they come in the fall. They are very reliable and honest. If they see something they fix it. I switched to them a couple of years ago because the company that I used to have a contract with just kept hiking it up ridiculously. It went from $590 to $960 and next year they were going to make it $1390. They mostly do installations for new home constructions so I guess they thought they were just trying to see how much money they could make off of those contracts. They were too expensive. I had a problem with one of the people they sent out to check on the air conditioner. I am surprised they haven't fixed these things before and he was one of the honest person with that company. The guy said that I am going to get into trouble for this because you don't really need this and you don't need that. They were basically not helping me maintain it, the first air conditioning died after 9 years and the second one died after 10 1/2 years. I would not do business with them again. B and B Ac and Heating Co are great. Their price is reasonable. They are cost effective. I would use them for ever and ever.

I have no complaints about them. They serviced me before. But I feel like they gave me just the boilerplate. I think that they are very responsive and really good people. I question sometimes why they spend a lot of money in trying and fixing things. It's a good thing. But sometimes it's not very practical, so I am not sure I always have the right deals. They were professional. I am not quite sure I needed as much rehabilitation. Maybe it would have better if they just did a whole new thing.
